"My daughter was always very good at lying. She built masks to escape her life, and she turned her back on family." Noir laughed, throwing the mask back to Annabelle. "Oh, and for decent measure, this Shadow here originally was hers. But, I must be leaving. Ciao!" She motioned, and vanished in a puff of black smoke.
The Kaijin threw Manami off. Annabelle held a hand out to the others. "He's mine." She cracked her knuckles, her cape beginning to rustle and twitch.

Kaori had immediately hidden herself when the shit began hitting the fan. The Shadow Lady had an all too familiar presence that Kaori recognized immediately. It wasn't him, but is too eerily similar.
Kaori wasn't too surprised about the Pink Woman's true form, but then again she didn't exactly know her too well and the one time they did interact the Pink Woman was being entirely unpleasant.

Annabelle's cape rippled some more, before rising around her, forming a series of sharp points. "Normally, I don't kill. I subdue. But I'm mad today." She gestured, and the points on her cape began streaking towards the Shadow. He tried to block, but his shield shattered under the assault. His body was pierced in several places, releasing TokkyuYongou from the labyrinth in him.
"Welcome... Back..." The Shadow gasped before dying, his body exploding.

The monster had been defeated, but Kaori stayed tranformed for now. Who knows when the Pink Monster Bitch could turn, she already threatened her once before..

The green ToQger was released, being sent rolling along the ground and landing on her back. That had been a pain to survive, but she had. She remained transformed, but she needed a moment. Would she get it? Different story.

Kaori had already retreated as stealthy as she could towards the train. Things were getting a tad..awkward and she felt out of place for such a moment.

Kasumi said nothing nor revealed herself as she continued to hid behind the tree. It was still hard for her to accept that one of her comrades was a monster, she had fought against those monsters and now she had to fight alongside one? It was going to take some time to get used to it and she wondered how Yuria was going to react to this when she was told about it.
