Meeting Strangers in Person (Elle, Post-Convergence)

[Addison and Rhett]

Addy was sure this was the one. She'd gone the same route Stephanie had; put an ad on Craigslist looking for people with animal-like abilities. One of the first to respond had been a girl claiming to have wings like an eagle. She'd shot some exceedingly fetish-y thing the previous week, so she had money to spare. Enough to rent a room at a pretty damn nice hotel for a week. This encounter was going to be quite fun. She'd told the girl to just go right on ahead into the room; Addy would join her. She was set up in the lounge area by the elevators, waiting for the girl to show up. In disguise, of course. She didn't want to ruin the surprise.

[Elle Jareau]

Elle walked into the hotel lounge, a fake ID in her pocket so she could get something to drink. She'd already found a shark woman with that was like her, and apparently now she had found a tiger. She wore a bomber jacket with an eagle patch ironed on the back. The much too large jacket was over a yellow tank top, expensive jeans, and boots that looked like a cross between cowboy boots and stilettos.

She walked upto the bar, smiled, and asked for a White Russian.

[Addison and Rhett]

Wow. She was obvious. Addy had at least somewhat expected to have to do some detective work, but she couldn't been more obvious unless she'd walked in with a flashing neon sign on her shoulders announcing "I'M THE EAGLE GIRL".
At least she had good taste. Or had seen the Big Lebowski. A girl her age, Addy guessed the latter. Well, time to see what else she did. Addy rose, walking out if the lounge to her room. Might as well set the scene.

[Elle Jareau]

Elle retrieved and pounded her drink, before looking around the lounge to see if she could find anyone that seemed like a tiger. Upon finding no one, she shrugged and walked over to the elevators. She had the girl's room number in her pocket.

[Addison and Rhett]

Addy began setting up a few things. If she was going through with this, she was going to go the whole nine yards, dammit. She hurried, trying to make sure it was ready before the girl showed up.

[Elle Jareau]

Elle knocked on the girl's door, waiting. She was gonna be able to meet a third Changeling!

[Addison and Rhett]

Addy answered, dressed in a corset and boy shorts. She leaned against the door frame, looking Elle up and down. "Not exactly what I expected. A little young, but hey, we all have needs." Addy opened the door further, gesturing for Elle to enter.

[Elle Jareau]

Elle resisted the urge to just take her where she stood.

"Uh... I'm not sure if I have the right room."

[Addison and Rhett]

"I'm sure you do." Addy held out her left hand. Claws sprang out of her fingertips. "You should've seen the look on your face."

[Elle Jareau]

"I I I..." After a moment she managed to finish that thought. "I'm Elle."

[Addison and Rhett]

"I'm Addison, but you can call me Addy." Addy was still chuckling a bit as she moved aside. "Please, come in."

[Elle Jareau]

"Nice to meet you." A flustered Elle moved inside of the room, shrugging out of her coat as she did. She laid her coat on the table. Once the door was closed, she called out her wings, stretching them for a moment.

[Addison and Rhett]

"Well, you certainly did get the showier ability." Addy said. "I just get claws and a buncha agility."

[Elle Jareau]

"At least you don't risk breaking your leg if you land wrong" Elle joked, making her wings vanish. "I thought you'd be ginger."

[Addison and Rhett]

"Whatever made you think that?" She had considered becoming a bottle blonde, but never a redhead.
