After seeing the two that had affronted his mother, Rinshiro called his sister to the ancestral seat of power. Where once, the Femushinmu had been governed by Roshuo, and those who came before. "What has happened, brother?" She asked, before continuing. "I was meditating."
"The day has come, dear sister, where our goals are close to being realized. After being gone for so long, our mother has reappeared. But a grave affront has been dealt to her. Two humans, through some means, have made her fight for them. They have made her their servant. And this is an insult that our race, such as it is, will not stand."
He produces his broadsword, and looks to her as she asks. "So what will you do then, brother? Are you going to take his place so easily?"
"You and I are both well aware of our hatred of Roshuo. How he destroyed our race, and committed grave mistakes. We must break this cycle. But, when I do this, the Forest will not rampage. It has no reason to. We will find some way to rebuild our race. We will prevent others from following in the steps of the past. But most importantly..we will break our mother free of this trickery."
"We will, brother. I am not one for violence...but what has been done is unforgivable."
"Then...I take my place as the Overlord King." He stabs the sword into the ground, and a wave spreads outwards from it, throughout all of Helheim.
"My decree, is that the humans have proven themselves too greedy with the forbidden fruit. Therefore I have bound the fruit to me, and to you. Only to us, will it react. If the inhabitants of this Forest attack, it will not be by my choosing. The forest will not intrude into the Human world unless I wish it."
Sakura merely watched, in her true form, as the forest felt alive around them again. Her own form began to glow an ambient silver, while her brother's glowed an ambient gold.. And then, as soon as it came, it dissipated. Taking a seat on his throne, he makes another for his sister, next to him.
