Awakening the Child (Open)

[Anna Grace]

Anna channeled as much magic as she could through the spell, hoping to boost the sound further. She didn't know what he had planned, but she put her all in anyway.

[Silas Tiranul]

Something stirred, beyond the castle. Rocks shifted, and a smaller wyvern emerged, hovering a moment and peeking over Doran.
"It worked." Silas muttered.

[Anna Grace]

Anna stared up, amazed at the small creature hovering in the air. "A Doran..." She lowered her hand and gazed in awe. She reached into the inside of her jacket and snapped a photo of it. The other's weren't going to believe it.

[Silas Tiranul]

Silas placed the violin back into its case. "Kivat." He snapped his fingers, summoning the small bat to his side.
"Whatcha... Oh my." Kivat began, before noticing Shoodoran. "You actually did it... You awoke Shoodoran..." He flew toward Shoodoran to get a closer look.

[Anna Grace]

"Its good to see that the Kivats survived" Anna surmised, snapping pictures oft he two creatures like mad. She was trying to keep her composure and not look like a complete nerd, but she very rarely got to experience creatures like these. "We did it..." Anna said, grinning ear to ear.

[Silas Tiranul]

"The Kivat bats are a very hardy family." Silas said. Kivat flew back to Silas.
"He's a little groggy, but he's willing to cooperate. We just found a way to dispose of Fangire souls." Kivat said.
"We'll need his help. We are in no position to combat Sabbats, and without a way to consume the souls, we can't deal with the malevolent Fangire." Silas said, beginning to slowly approach Shoodoran, who flew over and landed in front of Doran. The small wyvern still dwarfed Silas, and in turn was dwarfed by the dead wyvern behind it.

[Anna Grace]

Anna continued to watch in awe of everything that was going on. She knew a little bit about Sabbats - mostly that they were very bad things and that she couldn't fight one if she wanted to. To be fair, she only had cursory knowledge of a lot of the Kaijin out there, so taking the time to learn about them wouldn't hurt her much.

[Silas Tiranul]

Silas stopped, cocking his head upward. "You awakened something else..." Kivat said.
"This scent... This is... old. Very old." Silas said. He looked around. Alistair moved closer to Silas, drawing his own sword and preparing his shield.

[Anna Grace]

Anna noticed that the Emperor's bodyguard was moving closer to him. She lowered her camera, getting a funny feeling in the pit of her stomach. She pocketed her camera, getting her Driver On Ring out again.

"What's happening?" she asked.

[Silas Tiranul]

A high, shrill laugh rolled across the area. A Fangire stepped out of the carcass, spinning her trident. "The Emperor, come to claim his prize. What a treat!"
Silas drew his ax, holding it easily. Shoodoran flew upward into the sky, away from the new arrival. "Doran's guardian. I should have known."

[Anna Grace]

Anna wasn't anticipating a fight, so she'd have to change rings to try and get to it. She put herself into an awkward fighting stance, glancing down at her left hand. Land. She could live with that, if she had to.

[Silas Tiranul]

"You only want the Doran to kill your own people. I can't allow that."
"You will stand aside, on the order of your Emperor!" Silas barked.
"I don't have an Emperor. Only a traitor impostor!" The Fangire charged, the swing of her trident met by Alistair's shield.

[Anna Grace]

"DRIVER ON! PLEASE! LAND, PLEASE!"

"DONDODON! DON DONDODON!"

"Its showtime" Anna called out, throwing her arm to the side. She stood back, yet at the ready.

[Silas Tiranul]

"Out of my way, human!" The Fangire threw Alistair to one side, charging forward. Silas swung, but she vanished a moment, appearing right behind him and continuing to charge, aiming herself at Anna.
"Dammit." Silas muttered. "Kivat, let's go."
"Roger." Kivat flew in, taking a nip from Silas's finger. His eyes shined a brilliant green and his markings appeared, chains circling his waist to form his belt.

Anna swing at the Fangire with a hard roundhouse kick aimed at her throat.
