Transformation: When activated by pressing the gold button and lifting the crossing gate-themed handle, the ToQ Changer announces a long phrase (Now transforming! Please stand behind the white line!) that makes an energy safety line that impedes Shadow Line forces from crossing. Manami then insert the Ressha into the Changer and flips the lever down, triggering the transformation. The ToQ Changer then announces the her by her number (TokkyuSangou! TokkyuSangou!).
Fighting Style: Uses a kendo-like fighting style when fighting with sword-based weapons. When using heavy weapons (Signal Hammer, Tunnel Axe), she swings it with all her might to do the most damage possible. When using the Tekkyou Claw, she goes for quick, fatal strikes, and using ranged weapons, she keeps her distance and fires when the opportunity presents itself.

History
Manami Mizushima was a musically talented child since the age of two, though everyone who wasn't there at the time of her birth says that the girl was born with a guitar with her hands. For years, Manami taught herself how to play, until she finally became good at the instrument around middle school. Upon entering high school, she met a boy named Kohaku Hamasaki, who she affectionately called "Haku". Haku was a very good vocalist, and combined with Manami's skill at the guitar, the two became popular at the school. They were later joined by two of Manami's and Haku's friends who also had an interest in music (one friend being the bassist, and another as the drummer), and the four of them formed a band called MADCATZ. Shortly thereafter, Manami began dating Haku, and as the years went by, tensions became strained with the band. MADCATZ came to an end when Manami rejected Haku's offer to quit the band with him and become a duo, leaving the other two members without anyone to play for. This put and end to their relationship, and to the band itself.Manami then decided to dedicate her time on finishing school, and she did. Even if a few things bothered her, such as Haku's mysterious disappearance, Manami kept her focus and graduated high school. It was after her graduation that Manami encountered the Shadow Line for the first time, and having proved herself capable enough, she was recruited as the first of the Ressha Sentai Tokkyuger. For two years she trained, though because of some of her own faults (Skilled, but little Imagination Power), she was made TokkyuSangou. Despite this, she will do the best she can do as a Tokkyuger, hoping that even when their leader is finally appointed, they can look up to her.
