Overview: Miko is, by all accounts, a walking contradiction. She's very sarcastic, filling the trope of Deadpan Snarker to a T. It helps with her tactics, because she can see the flaws in her own plan and the plans of others. However, it also tends to make her some enemies, because she can be kind of a jerk pointing out these flaws, especially when it's someone else's plan.
However, she also has her happy, excited moments. Whenever something good happens to her, she gets very happy and giggly, and it confuses the hell out of everyone around her.

Henshin Device: A unique Sengoku Driver with a pink and silver faceplate, and the Passionfruit Lockseed.
Henshin Sequence: Miko affixes her Driver about her waist and pulls her Passionfruit seed out from her cleavage, locking it into her Driver. She strikes a pose, yells "Henshin!", activates the Cutting Blade, prompting her Driver to announce "Passionfruit Arms! Deadly Venus!"

Image/ Description: Her Pre-Arms is similar to Marika's Pre-Arms, but her actual Arms are more similar to Gaim's Orange Arms. The armor is a deep purple instead of orange, and there are no shoulderplates, the armor instead forming small flower-like projections on her shoulders.

Finisher(s): Passion Burning- Triggering the Blade once and activating the Squash function, the Edge bursts into flames. She charges at the target and cleaves through it, causing it to explode in purple fire.

- She makes clothing in her free time. Mostly dresses and skirts, but she does make other things on occasion, from any number of materials.
History
Miko was raised mostly by her mother, an investigative reporter in Zawame. She had a profound influence on her young daughter, up until the day she assumed the mantle of a Kamen Rider for the last time and was cut down. She never knew her father, so she was taken in by a close friend of her mother's. She was only 4. The woman, whom she came to know as her "aunt", raised her to be a woman who knew to pursue what she wanted in life. She taught her to be creative, to encourage others to succeed. Unfortunately, this morphed into the deadpan snarking she knows and loves to this day. Almost every day, her aunt told her stories about her mother, how she was a brave, smart woman who never backed down. Miko came to idolize her mother, and decided she wanted to be like her.
Miko first began training in martial arts when she was 8, learning with the characteristic swiftness of children and determined by her mothers memory to continue. She never gave up, though. Her aunt also taught her some useful techniques for stealth, so when she enlisted in URSA at age 18, she was quite skilled. Her skill with stealth earned her the notice of the intelligence division and it's chief, who called her to his office one day. He offered to continue teaching her stealth and other things, with the promise of eventually getting a promotion to field leader, and Miko accepted immediately. All she had to do was keep him apprised of the emotional situation within the Troopers, and possibly help locate sources of discontent. Miko didn't much care what the information she gave was being used for; she just wanted the benefits.
Since then, she's faithfully served two departments of URSA. Arata kept his word, teaching her more stealth techniques, while being a Trooper taught her more about combat. She hopes some day to not simply be a member of the herd, to get her own Seed and Driver.
That wish came true when she helped lead the mission into Helheim, to retrieve the Genesis gear. Upon return, Arata gave her the Passionfruit Lockseed, Venus's Sengoku Driver and a promotion to intel captain. She is still getting used to her newfound power, both within URSA and on the battlefield.
