Overview:
Kato is a good, honorable man. He lives his life by a code of ethics and morality, doing what he can for anyone. He gives to charity, he volunteers his time, he’s just a good man in general. He doesn’t feel good about just living his life for himself, but he needs to live it for others. He’s lived alone for a long time, and he can’t be happy unless he’s doing things for other people.
He’s very much a romantic at heart, and seeks to find that one, good, pure relationship he can have in his life. He’s not interested in quick flings or anything. The heart is fragile, important, and he would do anything to treat the one he was with like a princess.
He has good business sense in that he gets the idea of how much to buy/order and how to run his café, and figured it out quickly. It’s his life and livelihood, so the success is important to him. He also wants to make sure that everyone who comes in feels good about it, and tries to make it the best he can for all of his customers. That’s his life, though. He cares more about other people than he cares about himself.
He’s calm and collected, and will often just spend his time in his café, waiting for people, listening to soft music and reading. He reads as much as he can, but that’s been put aside due to his duties as Tuxedo Kamen. He’s always been a man of simple needs though, and this is all so new to him, so different and dangerous. He’s willing to take up the burden onto himself though, so others won’t have to.

Finisher(s): Rose Storm; he spins his cane around, unleashing a spiral of petals that all act as blades. The more roses he uses, the more petals, obviously.

History
During his childhood, Kato saw how much his parents disliked each other. His father was abusive to his mother, and her mother as a result had affairs. It was an unstable home, but one Kato wasn’t affected by negatively. He managed to remain calm as he grew up, putting it all aside as he found other outlets.
He found school, activities, friends. The good overcame the bad. His father was arrested eventually, and his mother left. Kato was raised by an uncle and had a better life living with him than he had living at home. But he’d grown more self-sufficient as a result, making the burden easier on his uncle.
He finished school, remaining a good man, to counter the ways of his parents. After school he did some business studying and then opened his own café with that tutelage. He did well for himself, and it remains open, so he must be doing something right.
The powers within the Earth felt danger approaching and sprouted out power in the form of a rose. Kato ended up taking the rose when he found it and was then gifted (or cursed) with the powers of Tuxedo Kamen, destined to fight the oncoming enemy.
