Overview: He is what he is: A former stunt actor who was a celebrity, now turned away from his fame to ply a more heroic trade. Perhaps the idea of the heroes he would play on screen had bled over into his real life. Helping people. Making them smile. History
Born in Brooklyn to a pair of rich parents, he was cut from a different cloth during his childhood. Not flaunting his family's wealth, getting bullied yet getting up each time earned him plenty of scars and bruises. Despite this, he didn't stray from the beliefs that started by watching what was left of old hero shows and the like. He also pushed himself to the limit, training hard but rarely going shirtless as he went into high school.
Even there he wasn't that popular, but he'd meet one person who ended up being his mentor figure to an extent, and taught him how to fight. But he never used it until one day when a group of five was harassing two girls..and he stepped forward, telling them to stop. They refused..thinking him for a push-over, the unassuming person.
Removing his shirt changed that, as they saw his muscles and his developing abs. Only one of the five had courage enough to step up, and they hit him in the stomach...drawing back their fist a bit. "Hard.." was all he managed to say before a fist slams into his stomach and sends him back into his fellows, who then all ran away.
Even though many girls in the school wanted to date him after that, there was only one or two that actually went anywhere, and both were ended via mutual agreement. He graduated and went on to pursue his dream of being a stunt actor, getting as close as he could to being the real thing. Over time, he got popular and well-respected, amassing quite a bit of money.
But that all changed when the monsters returned. One of the attacks hurt the agency that he was with, and left him within an inch of his life. It was after that, that he quit, and it was after that, that he heard about a program URSA was doing, and joined it. Going through it, he is the one constant, and ends up becoming an URSA Rider after learning about the long and illustrious tradition of one Kamen Rider Ichigo..and he decides to revise that legend in this day and age.
