Overview:
Tessa is rather insecure and nervous, and doesn’t know what to do with her life. She has no idea what she wants to do with her life, what to do studying abroad, or even why she’s studying abroad. She’s almost always in a state of nervousness and confusion as to what to do, and doesn’t lead a very exciting life by any means.
She prefers to read, and spends most of her time alone, reading fiction, because that’s more exciting. Even after becoming a Sailor, she’d rather read fictional works for excitement, because she’s afraid of fighting, afraid of what might come. She’s not willing to face it head on, or do anything as a Sailor, but she knows she has to. She tries to fight it.
She doesn’t want to let down her family, so she tries to do her best, and that requires a lot of studying, but that also causes her to be without others, without friends or anything like that. But at the same time her parents want her to live more and meet more people, so it’s a cycle either way, either way she gets nothing done that her parents want.
Due to her reading she’s rather smart and studious, and gets a lot done when she puts her mind to it. She’s clean and organized, and dislikes being disorderly. She also has issues being in places that are cluttered or disorderly or whatever it may be. She has a habit to try to start cleaning it, and then usually doing a lot of apologizing for overstepping boundaries there.
She’s just sad and looking to complete her goals for her family, since studying abroad is expensive. She desperately wants to see these things done as well, but is struggling to do it all.

Abilities: As Astarte she has a range of abilities, mostly including telekinetic abilities of various levels. She uses her Solomon Jihad primarily; a powerful, destructive energy attack from her hand. She also has the Solomon Birth, which has the ability to revive a fallen ally (or anyone) from the dead, but at the cost of some of Tessa’s life. She gives five years, she revives the person for five years, etc., unless they have the will to break away from her spirit and live longer.
Finisher(s): Solomon Horizon; she generates power into both hands and swings them outward, like an arc, creating a halo which unleashes a storm of power out.

History
Tessa’s father is a popular author in England, so they had a decent flow of money coming in. Her mother works as a nurse. Tessa grew up as a normal kid, since not a lot of people knew about her father’s books when she was in school. They had some money, and that was good.
When she was a teenager she read his books. She didn’t know what to make of them; books based on life, for adults. She was old enough to understand most of it, and didn’t want to have to follow in any of his footsteps, or his shadow. He was popular enough that people might know who she was, especially since one of his books was adapted recently into a rather popular movie.
She wanted to leave and study somewhere else, to avoid her name. Her parents let her go to Japan to study abroad since they had the money. It was only after everything was finalized that she found out the money from her father’s movie had been poorly invested and was lost, so it wasn’t as easy to send her away, so she wanted to do her parents proud. She needed to study hard, and make friends and make it all worthwhile.
She started to fail at the latter. She studied hard, but it was hard to be there. She wasn’t the most secure person, or the best at making friends. Japan got to her and she struggled.
Soon she ended up being gifted the powers of a Sailor through unknown means. It was nothing physical, just energy coming into her. She learned about how to transform and use her powers, and is afraid.
