Overview: Kaede used to be a sweet girl, despite having been the first of what would be many genetic experiments by the time the 30th century rolls around. However, due to the incident that resulted in her being trapped in cryogenic stasis for over two hundred years, her heart has become as cold as the thing she was contained in, distancing herself from people and only working towards her own goal.

Henshin Device: Chrono Changer
Henshin Sequence: Kaede places her thumb on the Changer's screen so it can scan his bio-signature. She then presses the larger middle button below the screen, sending forth the Wells Particles contained within, forming her suit. The bio-signature is unlocked once the user dies, allowing the next person to use the Changer to become the next registered user. A user can also temporarily be issued his Changer, but can only hold it permanently with consent from the Department. The Changer, no matter what period in time the user is, can communicate with the Institute HQ and with each other. It can also be used to detect disturbances in time, though to a degree.

Weapons:
Abilities: Along with the boosted all around stats, the suits provide HUD and a linkup to the Institute's mainframe (though certain information needs special authorization), as well as a targeting system, infrared, and night vision. The suits actively monitor the user's health levels and allow the user to be unaffected by any drastic changes in the timeline. The only downside to the suit is that needs a certain amount of charge time to rebuild the Wells Particles in order to be used again. The Wells Particles can be used up in battle, causing the user to revert back to their pre-transformed state.
Finisher(s): The Arrow Vector and Spark Vector can be joined to create the Twin Vector. Some of the special attacks that can be performed are Vector Slash with the Spark Vector as well as the Twin Slash attack, which are a variety of double sword-based attacks such as Vector Hurley and Vector End (By slashing in two directions in the symbol of a clock such as Vector End Beat Six is slashing between the 12 and 6 symbols and Vector End Beat Cross, slashing between the 3 and 9 positions and then the 12 and 6 positions).

History
Born a few years before the turn of the 27th century, was a frail, sickly young girl. While she inherited the admittedly good looks of her distant ancestor, Manami, she wasn't very athletically inclined, usually passing out from a short run, and she was often ill with some kind of sickness. Around the time she turned 18, a group of scientists were looking for volunteers to test an experimental genetic modification to make one "superhuman." Hoping that this would finally mean she wouldn't be the weakling she always was, Kaede was practically the first one to sign up for it, and was taken for testing a few days later.
However, things went horribly wrong. As the modifications were very unstable, and for all intents and purposes, experimental, Kaede ended up transforming into a monster and attacking the researchers. It took several men to finally sedate her, and once she had reverted back into a human state, they put her in stasis for 200 years, hoping to be able to have the means to stabilize her mutation by then. It just so happened that this stasis container was later taken into custody by the Institute...
