Overview:
With a privileged upbringing, Iris is a cultured woman, while also someone who was very sheltered. She knows the ideas behind the higher class, behind what could be seen as royalty, but also knows about the common people, and the world outside. She wants to know the pain of others and to try to do something about it, but her life hasn’t led her to being able to do that.
She has a good heart, and wants nothing more than to be able to help. She wishes to overturn the ruling that URSA and other forces are not allowed in France, because she knows that the people will eventually need help to be safe, and knows that without these forces that they will be slain. She can’t bear to see any of it.
She’s well read, intelligent, and was groomed for politics, so she’s politically minded. She knows how to play the political games, but chooses not to. As such she doesn’t quite know when she’s being played. She’s too trusting in that regard.
After having been used as the host body for Kuuga, she’s ready to see things done and leave her beloved France behind. The world is more than just France, and she wants to offer whatever assistance she can. She believes that she might be able to be used as an example to rally France to assist in matters, but isn’t sure if it’ll work out. She’s hopeful in her people, however.
Her experience as Kuuga has made her a bit more proactive, and willing to get things done. She’s actively assisting URSA forces now in political and monetary fields and trying to see to it that Shocker is brought down.

History
She was born before the war began and grew up in Paris, until the war forced her family to evacuate. Her father was a French politician, and her mother was a librarian. Her mother died in the attacks when people were fleeing, however. Shortly after their flight, Kuuga destroyed Paris and ended the enemy encampment.
She grew up in Bourges where the French government had taken up power. After the war ended they declared that neither URSA facilities nor any PMCs were allowed in France, just as a reaction to the destruction of Paris.
Growing up in Bourges, she always played with the children of other politicians, and enjoyed exploring the cathedral that had become the seat of power. She was adventurous as a child and was happy. The war was over, there were no more monsters, life could resume, even if she had lost her mother.
She was groomed to be someone important, probably to become a politician herself. Due to changes in laws, the French President could hold as many terms in office as desired, so long as he or she kept winning. Right after the war her father became President, then lost. He’d later win it again when she was older, and keep holding it from that time on.
During his time as President, the monsters returned. France was relatively safe, fortunately, but she was given use of the bodyguard that her father used. The Dutch/Spaniard named Ravinn Wolf was the guard. Few monsters came, but it all worked out.
She was forcefully implanted with Kuuga’s Arcle, becoming a living bio-weapon. She was freed from this control by a combination of URSA and Tyr, and fled France with them.
