A huge flirt Kasumi is known to flirt with anyone, whether they be male or female, as long as she can have fun. She would like nothing more than to let loose each day and just have fun, but knows that she has a job to do so she does it with as much gusto as she can.

History
Kasumi never really knew what she wanted to do when she was little, she took life one day at a time and was content with doing nothing the whole day. This kind of behavior was accepted by her family and they didn’t really help her out to fix it so she thought that it would be alright to do so.
Later on in life she began to flirt with other people after finding out that she didn’t mind what gender they were, this caused a lot of problems at school and she was kicked out of several of them because of her flirtatious behaviour. Again it was never rectified and Kasumi managed to pass through high school in a rollercoaster of ups and downs; going into her adult life she began to party non-stop and continue on with her party-girl lifestyle. It was then her family decided to step in after she had been arrested for disorderly behaviour and they gave her an ultimatum: get a job or be cut off from the family.
Not wanting to be cut off nor stopping her party girl lifestyle she went around doing various jobs until she saw an advertisement for a firefighter. Thinking that it would be an exciting job, and cool as well, she applied for the academy and nobody had expected her to pass all the exams that was set to her…even if she was the last in her class.
Therefore from then on she served as a firefighter during the day and at night she continued her party girl lifestyle, drinking away the night as she continues with the philosophy that life should just be taken one day at a time.
One day the Fire Ressha chose her as its user as it dropped the whole thing on her lap out of the blue, she had no idea what it was until she tried it on and inadvertedly turned into ToQ 7 as she found it awesome that she turned into some sort of super hero as she decided to keep it and see if she could have fun with it.
