Overview:
A man who is charming and charismatic, a leader and father among his men. He’s forward most of the time, leaving no room for misinterpretation among his words. He’s serious, yet kind, but can unleash a large temper when pushed too far.
His hate towards URSA knows few bounds, hating them through conditioning through Shocker. He sees Shocker as the one true path. He hates to see people die, but puts up with it. It has to happen sometimes. His own men dying are a very hard event for him to bear, as they gave themselves to him.
He is incredibly smart and very good with technology. He’s a skilled combatant and a skilled marksman. He likes technology, and relies on it, but also relies on the lack of it, not wanting running out or being jammed (EMP, etc.) to be his downfall.
He is a secretive man as well, as anyone is. He lets nobody know his secrets, however. Not his closest allies, not his top allies, nobody. He can’t let people know his weaknesses, what he loves, what he hates. That part of him is closed off to everybody else.

History
The man’s past is largely unknown. What is known is that he spent his childhood between Spain and the Netherlands, as his parents were one of each. His childhood was partially spent on the island of Sint Eustatius, living in a small city by the shore. His father was Dutch, named Gottfried van Prijzen, and his mother was Spanish, named Jacinta Soto.
When he was fifteen something happened to his parents, and he ended up in the care of relatives. Prior to this he fell for his friend, and murdered him when he told Ravinn he was straight. It’s possible Ravinn murdered his parents. Said relatives were targets of URSA, for various crimes against the people of the Netherlands and believed Shocker connections. URSA came in and eliminated one of them. They found the other already dead. Ravinn had killed him when he heard the gunshots. He wasn’t scared of the URSA agents, and said that he was expecting something to happen. In a show of good faith, he disarmed his weapon, dropping the clip and pulling the slide off and letting the parts fall.
After URSA left, Shocker took him in, impressed with the skills he had picked up without training. He had shot and killed his relative with little to no hesitation, and knew about the gun after a single use. They further found that Ravinn was technically minded, and very clever and intelligent. He picked up information quickly and had no qualms about doing dirty work when it was needed.
After three years of training, at the age of eighteen, he became a Shocker agent. He specialized in spying and assassinations without the firepower or equipment that Shocker’s monsters had.
He continued to work with Shocker until they saw France as a viable target and retrieved the Arcle. Ravinn was soon put front and center for the French government, and hired by the President to be a bodyguard for himself and his family.
He did his job well and stopped planned assassinations sent by Shocker (disguised as insurgents). He gained their trust and became primary bodyguard for Iris. He would later implant the Arcle into her in her sleep.
He allowed “insurgents” to capture Iris and “fled” them to get URSA forces inside. Sadly Kuuga failed, and the Arcle vanished. He and Iris went to URSA headquarters, where he obtained their Kick Hopper system and plotted his next move.
