Overview: Annabelle is very preoccupied with her look and her weight. She had an extended struggle with bulimia and anoxrexia that still hasn't quite ended, and she still disdains food a little bit. It tends to affect her fighting though, so she tries to eat a healthy amount. She likes to keep herself busy, often doing all of the cooking for her fellow Tokkyugers along with other domestic work like cleaning and sewing. She doesn't do it much out of a sense of duty or generosity, but because she needs something to do and those are the skills she has. She's very dedicated to the Rainbow Line and to it's cause, which why it scares her a little that she can work the Shadow Line like she does. She's generally very friendly and amiable, and loves talking to people, especially in formal atmospheres.

Henshin Sequence: She puts the Changer on her wrist, and opens the lever. The Changer announces "Now transforming! Please stand behind the white line!" and generates a white dotted line that Shadow Line forces can't cross. She slides the Ressha miniature into place and draws her fist to her hip, yelling "Tokkyu Change!" She punches her fist forward, flipping the lever down at the same time, and her suit forms around her body.

Fighting Style: Her style is overall rather acrobatic, with lots of kicking and dodging. She uses the weight of her weapons all differently. When wielding heavy weapons, such as the Signal Hammer, she uses it as an anchor/springing point for flying kick attacks. With lighter weapons, she pins them into an enemy to use as an anchoring point. When using a medium weight weapon, she uses the same technique, using an enemy as an anchor point.

Fighting Style: She uses her Shadow abilities to subjugate and control her opponents, never killing them
Weapons: Her whip, which can extend indefinitely. Her cape is also a rather effective weapon.
Abilities: Her powers revolve around subduing opponents non-lethally and controlling them. She can create collars and other clothing items from materials drawn out of her cape that control the wearer's mind, and she can freely manipulate what form those clothes take, as well as cause them to move independently in order to seek a wearer. If she manages to envelop people in her cape completely, she can either bind them completely and trap them in a small pocket dimension inside her cape, or transform them into rag dolls (imagine this but with human proportions, and with the outfit changing as suits the gender of the victim) that she controls totally. The transformation can be reversed by cutting the rags away, but that's a bit harder than it sounds, generally requiring a finisher-caliber attack with a slashing weapon, and the whole time, the person is fully aware of their lack of control over their own body. She can do this to Kuros to enhance them as well.
One of her crown-jewel abilities is her masks. She can make a mask that covers the entire head, and when it's put on, the wearer's body transforms into that being almost totally. It's how she's able to assume her "human" appearance, and she can use it to make some people look like others. Kind of those masks from Mission: Impossible, but they literally transform the body to match. It's very difficult for her to make a mask, a long, tortuous process.
She's capable of commanding Shadow Kaijin of her own as well. Her Kaijin tend to focus on imprisoning, impersonating and separating people, to exploit the fear of being alone, fear of the unknown, fear of being controlled, and fear of loss of individuality.

History
Annabelle's past is mostly shrouded in mystery. It's obvious she isn't telling the truth, but no one's really pressed her on it. What she tells people is that she was born to a rich couple in Virginia, and raised with care. She was never for want of anything as a kid, up until the day her parents were killed by the Shadow Line when her hometown was taken over. She doesn't remember much after that, up until she was 14, and attending school living in an orphanage. It was here she began studying martial arts and domestic skills. She also began her battle with eating disorders. In the gap in her memory, she'd gained quite a bit of weight. That went away quickly in the face of eating disorders, but the disorders didn't go away until she found the Rainbow Line.
Despite her condition, she still had quite a dream. She constantly imagined a better place, so she was recruited into the Tokkyugers. She managed to regain her self-confidence with the help of the Line, and began fighting Shadow Line forces. It took her a while to discover her talent with the Shadow Line forces, even longer to discover it's downside, but it didn't scare her; the fact that it didn't scare her that she could manipulate her enemies like puppets on strings scared her instead. She wondered for a long time why, but eventually decided to simply put it out of mind. She continued her work and her training. The time-manipulating abilities of the Rainbow Line helped her keep her classes in order.
When she graduated, she moved on upward to college, balancing life as a student with life as a Tokkyuger. She's found it hasn't all too terribly badly affected her. She still occasionally has problems with eating, but she's learning.
