Recruitment Attempt [ANNA]

[Mayu Inamori]

The master mage stands atop a high-rise building in London, having gone to school here in her early days.  She was by herself and was currently enjoying the peace and quiet.  A number of different groups had tried to recruit her, but she'd turned them all down.  She worked alone...the ones she trusted were either retired or long gone.  So were her thoughts as she looks out over the city.  Her sixth sense..the one of the Dragon, would tell her that she might have company soon, but she remains near the edge of the building, her back turned to the roof entrance.

[Anna Grace]

Anna climbed the stairs of the high rise. Saberhagen had told her that someone would be here that he wanted her to talk to. Anna had no idea why or how he knew that, but the less time she spent around cat gods that could probably slaughter her with a thought the better. She didn't know which part of the phrase "cat god" scared her more though. Anna walked onto the roof, and noticed the woman.

[Mayu Inamori]

"Who are you?" The woman gave after a moment. "And why are you here?" she called to you, her back still to you.

[Anna Grace]

"I was sent by the Merlin Saberhagen of SAINT" Anna said, standing still.

[Mayu Inamori]

"I see. One of the talking cats then. What does he want? You know I see the bigger picture, beyond your organization..." Mayu gave. "And I'm certain you know who I am."

[Anna Grace]

"I don't, actually" Anna said. "But if Saberhagen sent me personally, you must be good."

[Mayu Inamori]

"Mayu Inamori. The original Kamen Rider Mage." She said simply. "I knew Haruto Souma personally, and if those rings are any indication, you've become the new Wizard."

[Anna Grace]

"I have" Anna confirmed. "If you funny mind MWe saying you look quite good for a woman of your-" Anna cut herself off there. "Do you still have your powers?"

[Mayu Inamori]

Mayu lightly poses in one of her old modeling poses by instinct. "Thank you, Anna-chan." She smiles, being bi did have its perks, and Anna was pleasing to the eye. There was just the whole age thing that she wondered if there would be concern about.

Back to the matter at hand, she nods. "Aa. I have all of my powers. Could have been a White Wizard, but I refused that idea."

[Anna Grace]

"Really?" Anna said, slightly amazed but also wanting to keep her talking. "Why did you turn it down? If I may ask." This girl was strong if she turned down the Wizards.

[Mayu Inamori]

"The White Wizard that trained me turned out to be nothing more than a villain in his own right. He used me and others for his own selfish ends. I didn't want to be tempted to go the same way, so I resisted that temptation entirely." Mayu explained.

[Anna Grace]

"I see." Anna said, listening to her. "You've been through a lot."

[Mayu Inamori]

"That's right." Mayu gave with a nod. "Tell me of your story, Anna? You have the rings of someone I regarded dearly as a senpai and a friend. I want to know what kind of person you are."

[Anna Grace]

Anna took a deep breath before telling the story. "My entire family was killed during the war by a Phantom, because of me. SAONT raised me."

[Mayu Inamori]

"I'm sorry." Mayu gave simply. "I can sympathize...since a similar thing happened to me."
