Clothes: Rei wears white and gray clothes mostly. He often wears a white greatcoat, tattered to an extent, but silvery lining on it shows that he’s refined, and that the tatters are battlescars, of which there aren’t many, since he rarely gets hit. He often wears white pants, black boots over the top, and a golden belt, with a gray shirt under his greatcoat.

Overview:
Rei is an aloof loner of a man, often working alone, only teaming up when absolutely necessary, but he hates it. He knows the benefits of an alliance, but at the same time also sees the negatives. He sees that an ally can slow you down, or get you killed. He hates them, and doesn’t bond with anyone he has to work with. He remains alone, closed off.
He is a calm man who never finds anger, and despises it. He often smiles and takes things lightly, but often focuses on his nails rather than his foe, but even if it doesn’t look like he’s paying attention, he is. He is very smart, very sly, and a great manipulator, called in only when things are dire. He knows how to play others, and to annoy them and make them angry. It’s something he revels in, and his preferred way of fighting.
He has a great interest in his nails, filing them most of the time, keeping them long and effeminate, but he doesn’t let people talking about that rile him up. He likes to appear somewhat effeminate, as it makes it so much more rewarding when he wins after being mocked. The reason behind his appearance doesn’t have any real story or anything, it’s just how he prefers himself.
He is superb in combat, and he often mocks his foes and again, doesn’t pay attention in battle. He prefers weaponry in battle and uses his Filer, which confuses people, but he loves it. He is extremely fast, faster in his Morphed form, but also fast out of it. He’s also very vain in either form.

Fighting Style: He dodges around a lot and mocks his opponents. He fights with a swift style, dodging and weaving then launching himself inwards, going for a few painful stabs before going in for a kill.
Weapons: Filer Blade – Gold and blood red in color, it’s thin, but thicker at where the “hilt” is, with a narrow front. It’s similar to a nail filer. He flips it open to produce a long, narrow blade, not much longer than his Morpher. There’s a small hook at the end of the blade. The outside of the blade is sharp, while the inside is dull. While the blade is inside, the bladed part is pointing up, making it a bit difficult to get the blade extended without injuring himself, but he’s careful.

Finisher(s): Filer Fire – He holds his Filer out, blade extended. Flames wrap around it and he slashes it forward, usually not as a projectile attack, but as an actual cutting attack, destroying his target.
Other Equipment:
- He carries a gold nail filer wherever he goes. He keeps it in the breast pocket of his longcoat, and losing it would make him bloodthirsty.
History
Rei’s past is mostly unknown, as he changed his name when he was older. He started as a bounty hunter who ignored the Zangyack on his home planet. When the Zangyack went after him, angered at his appearance and interference, they recruited him instead, seeing a great use in him. He always did things in his effeminate manner, often surprising foes; making him one of Zangyack’s best when it came to a quick takedown, as he was never taken seriously. Stealth, not so much, as he stood out too much, and refused to change.
After the Zangyack failed on Earth, and the Pirate Ranger powers were found, he was called in to be a counter to them. They were already amassing elite forces to attack the Earth, and wanted him as well. They wanted assurance the job would be done, and the Earth would be theirs.
He’s waiting for his chance to fight, and his chance to kill.
