Overview:
Nick is best described in two ways. Cocky, and being a lover. He’s said it before, and loves to say it, “Impossible is what I specialize in.” He lives by that, being just a cocky bastard, but often enough he can back things up and actually is rather good at what he puts his mind to. He does his best not to look like a fool or anything, so he analyzes things greatly before attempting them. If he specializes in the impossible, he wants to have a way to get the job done before even starting. He doesn’t want to lose face or bring shame unto himself. He’s a bit vain, and he loves his longcoats. He’ll replace those before doing much else, and if someone messes up his look, he’ll react.
He is a lover, he loves any woman that’s pretty enough, and then he sleeps with it. If he doesn’t find someone attractive he will often make comment just to assure them he won’t waste his time on them. He is a lover, but he has a special hatred for those who take advantage of people for sex and the like, and rapists earn a special kind of hate.
He’s jaded and constantly tries to find new ways to amuse himself, and can be called a troublemaker. He likes to fight, no matter how dangerous, and likes to live on an edge. He finds an immense boredom in most of it and spends his free time either sleeping around or trying to make things exciting (dangerous).
He has a good sense of humor and jokes around a little, but has no patience for stupidity. He’s quick witted and intelligent, and a good conversation partner. He enjoys talking about things like poetry (and writes a little), literature (the ones he’s read, it’s not his time, after all), and issues like philosophy.

Abilities: High defense, slower movement, mini Vulcan-guns on the shoulders. He can Cast Off to send the armor flying and become Kabuto Rider Form.

Abilities: Clock Up, to allow for moving at nearly the speed of light. Put On, which allows him to call back her armor to resume Masked Form.

Other Equipment:
History
He feels that by concealing his past, he becomes that much more sexy for women. Just like hiding his hometown and relying on accent alone. He comes from somewhere in Australia, and moves around as he sees fit.
With the Kabuto Zecter, he takes on jobs, paying his way around. He’s worked for PMCs, other private groups, and even URSA a few times. He sleeps around, fights a lot, and makes his own fun when he has to.
Recently he’s been needing more out of life, and has gone to the main URSA headquarters in hopes of getting a better job and more money. He believes he can lead them to the Hyper Zecter, and wants a nice paycheck to go with it.
