Overview:
Ian is someone who fights for the sake of beauty. That’s his reason for living, and that’s all he fights for. He likes to think he’s charming, and tries to use his charm to get ahead, saying what he thinks people want to hear, doing everything to try to further himself in the eyes of others.
He’s a man of honor and respect regardless of how he tries to get to people. He usually respects what people say (if they want him gone, he’ll usually go, but if he sees something interesting, he won’t). He shows respect for those who deserve it (such as his elders or superiors), and doesn’t look down on people. He’s actually rather respectable, even if his alliances are questionable.
He remains human, and doesn’t think of himself as anything more. The fact is that he is a human, not some sort of monster, but his ties to the Shadow Line don’t affect him in any way. He doesn’t hold himself above anyone or anything like that. He’s just who he is, and tries to be normal. Except when he screws around with his Imagination to try to win a girl’s affections.
He sees beauty in many things. He prefers roses for some reason, and especially black roses, although that’s primarily with his Ranger persona only. He sees beauty in the light, in the darkness (his continued alliance with Shadow Line), in most things. He believes that everything has its own beauty, but if it shows itself is another thing entirely. That also determines if it’s worth fighting for or not.
He’s also rather clever, and can manipulate people if he wishes to try. He doesn’t like to, unless people really get on his nerves. This can also drive him to a cockier state, but he tries to reign it in. When he’s in seduction mode, he lets it go a bit more.
He can be a bit vain, especially with his hair. It gets in the way sometimes, but he’s working on controlling it. Once he has a woman, he puts it all aside and puts all of his focus on her, however. Arguably one of his better traits.

Henshin Sequence: He twists the rose and lifts his arm up. A spiral of black petals surround him and then form into a line that appears in front of him. A spectral train crashes down on him to form his armor.

History
Ian’s past is unknown, but at some point he became a part of Shadow Line from a younger age. He obtained a life through them, an upbringing, education, but all of these circumstances remain rather unknown. Further, at some point he received his Morpher, although where it came from is unknown as of now.
He worked a lot on his Imagination abilities as he went through school, using it for his own gain to make it better. He would later use it a lot in his personal life to get things done, usually for his own amusement, such as making roses, or fast movement/teleportation.
At some point he took up the fight in general for the sake of beauty. He’ll fight whatever, whoever, as long as it’s for beauty, that includes Shadow OR Rainbow Line.
