Overview:
Zeke comes off as a confident, sexy badass. He uses sex appeal to the fullest extent, doing things like growing his hair longer or putting up a fake accent to try to attract women, especially in the 21st century. He’s always on top of what he’s doing, and doesn’t do things for no reason. Every move he makes is calculated to get him something, or get something done.
He’s somewhat selfish, acting more in his own interests than the interests of the entire team, or the organization as a whole. He does do things for others and the group, but he sees himself as the more important one. He very much believes that all people are selfish and after their own ends, so he acts that way.
He’s cocky and sarcastic, and not much of a team player. He wants people to recognize him for his intelligence and his planning abilities, and not much else. He doesn’t hold a lot of weight as a fighter, but as a thinker? As a strategist? Of course. That’s what he wants to do, manipulate events, fool people, lead others to victory with his plans. That’s how he wants to do his job, that’s what he wants to be remembered as.
He’s not one for enhancements or body modifications. He had minimal surgery done, because he doesn’t like scarring, nor does he like the idea of surgery. Even with so many advancements, it rubs him the wrong way and comes off as a bit dangerous to him. He really doesn’t like needles or blades or cutting though, that’s the biggest part of it.
His implants in his legs give him access to high speed maneuvering for short periods of time. Prolonged use will begin to damage the implants, his legs, and his flesh as well, as his body can’t take that movement for too long. He likes to only use them in battle, and not for anything else, not even pursuit of fleeing suspects or anything like that.

Abilities: Along with the boosted all around stats, the suits provide HUD and a linkup to the Institute's mainframe (though certain information needs special authorization), as well as a targeting system, infrared, and night vision. The suits actively monitor the user's health levels and allow the user to be unaffected by any drastic changes in the timeline. The only downside to the suit is that needs a certain amount of charge time to rebuild the Wells Particles in order to be used again. The Wells Particles can be used up in battle, causing the user to revert back to their pre-transformed state.

History
He’s a man who likes to keep his past to himself. He tells different stories to different people, and only his commanders know his true past. He was involved in some crime related activities when he was young, through his parents, and tried to get away from it all. He was raised under the tutelage and care of police, and went on from there.
He was always good at games and stuff, and was intelligent and cunning. They helped him find his way as someone who could help plan strategies, and saw that he may be fit as a Timeranger when the program began. Before that he slept around and enjoyed women and everything like that. He cut back after joining the program.
He became TimeGreen and gained a surgery for his enhancements, so he could be of more use. He decided that he could use the rank to get more women, and also have his tactical enjoyment out of missions and deployments. So this was going to be fun.
