Overview: Drench is very much the kind of laid-back level-headed tech genius that the TPD Engineering Corps likes to boast about. He’s quite a humble young man, preferring to stay behind the scenes, but he isn't above getting his hands dirty if the situation requires it. He is extremely opposed to the use of firearms, due to the accident that damaged his spine.

Henshin Sequence: Drench places his thumb on the Changer's screen so it can scan his bio-signature. He then presses the larger middle button below the screen, sending forth the Wells Particles contained within, forming his suit. The bio-signature is unlocked once the user dies, allowing the next person to use the Changer to become the next registered user. A user can also temporarily be issued his Changer, but can only hold it permanently with consent from the Department. The Changer, no matter what period in time the user is, can communicate with the Institute HQ and with each other. It can also be used to detect disturbances in time, though to a degree.

Abilities: Along with the boosted all around stats, the suits provide HUD and a linkup to the Institute's mainframe (though certain information needs special authorization), as well as a targeting system, infrared, and night vision. The suits actively monitor the user's health levels and allow the user to be unaffected by any drastic changes in the timeline. The only downside to the suit is that needs a certain amount of charge time to rebuild the Wells Particles in order to be used again. The Wells Particles can be used up in battle, causing the user to revert back to their pre-transformed state.
Finisher(s): The Arrow Vector and Spark Vector can be joined to create the Twin Vector. Some of the special attacks that can be performed are Vector Slash with the Spark Vector as well as the Twin Slash attack, which are a variety of double sword-based attacks such as Vector Hurley and Vector End (By slashing in two directions in the symbol of a clock such as Vector End Beat Six is slashing between the 12 and 6 symbols and Vector End Beat Cross, slashing between the 3 and 9 positions and then the 12 and 6 positions).

History
Drench, then known as Drewfus, grew up in the crowded Hive City of Gorgon on a distant colonised planet. From a young age, he was surrounded by strangers, and he hated it. There was practically no room to breathe in a Hive City. Everyone gets crammed together in one place. His parents were quite poor, so he lived a life in relative poverty. There was a vast lake by the Hive City, and, to escape from the cluster, Drewfus went swimming in the lake a lot, and would often return to the city soaked, earning him the nickname "Drench".
By the time he was a teenager, Drench had moved away from Gorgon and gone to another city, looking to make his fortune as an inventor. He'd gotten hold of a deed to a workshop, and had easy access to materials. One of his first inventions was a high-powered energy blaster, which, the first time he fired it, blew a hole in his workshop, incinerated an innocent bystander, and dropped concrete on his back, shattering his spine.
Drench was quickly taken to Earth, where he was given a brand new spine. It took some getting used to, but he was able to get back on his feet quickly. He was more than a little shaken by the incident, and vowed that he'd never touch a gun again. He was given an opportunity to join the Chronos Institute, which he gladly accepted. This led him to join the TPD' Engineering Corps, and then joining the Timeranger field team.
