Overview: Lee is a quiet person, but he's not antisocial and is willing to make friends given the chance. He's just very bored and tired of his mundane life and wishes for something more exciting and adventurous to happen to him, even if he doesn't exactly show it through his emotions. And gaining his Tokkyuger powers has lifted his spirits in being capable of achieving some satisfaction in life.

Henshin Sequence: Lee slides the Appli-Changer open revealing the bottom section of the device embedded with a groove in the shape of a train track. When activated, the changer announces a long phrase (Now transforming! Please stand behind the white line!), that makes an energy safety line that impedes Shadow Line forces from crossing. He then proceeds to guide his designated Drill Ressha through the rail tracks, which then triggers a bright light leading to his transformation, finalized by the announcement of his codename and number.

History
Boredom. That pretty much sums up most of Kim Seung Lee's life. Born, live, school, sleep. It was the typical pattern everyday and Seung Lee was tired of it. After moving to Japan from Korea, he had the most average life a person could ever have. He did not feel satisfied of what he was living through. He made friends and he did pretty well in school, but it did not feel enough for him. He wanted some action and special moments in life, given the city he lives in and its notoriety for kaijins and kaijus alike, yet no such events occurred and he felt stuck in real life. He longed for adventure, but god never answered his prayers for that...
...until one day when Lee was on a train to college, he stumbled upon a briefcase underneath the seat he was in. Seeing how no one seemed to bother looking at his direction, Lee curiously picked it up and opened it, discovering the Appli-Changer and two Drill Resshas in it. Little did he know what kind of trouble and conflict he would soon get himself into as what he thought would be a call to adventure would unfortunately turn out to be a war against the forces of evil...
