Overview:
A stern, no-nonsense woman Aqua will do anything to end the tyranny of Zangyack and make them pay for everything that they had done to the innocent people of the worlds that they had subjugated. She has an intense hatred towards them and is not above using dirty tactics to destroy their operations including sabotage or assassination.
She has a leadership aura around her that makes people want to naturally follow her and she knows this using it to her advantage. She trusts in those that trust in her and she will do anything in her power to make sure that they come out of any operations alive, having seen the devestation that Zangyack can inflict both on worlds and on people she is desperate to protect them which can be a weakness in the grand scheme of things.
She believes in the Rangers of Earth as they were chosen to protect it from Zangyack and it is her desire to unite them under one flag in order to oppose Zangyack though she is unsure of some of their agendas especially those of a more covert nature.
She seems to like Earth things such as chocolate and video games as she is sometimes seen eating chocolates in large quantities when she is nervous or playing in the nearest arcade when she needs to calm down; this may look strange, but she is merely interested in Earth culture and is happy to explore anywhere as long as she can experience it.
She also has a habit of doing things alone especially if it is dangerous. It is not uncommon for her to venture to a Zangyack base alone to scout things out and, if she deems that the place is vulnerable, to destroy it with anything at her disposal. This is born from the countless operations where her Resistance fighters had died while fighting against Zangyack.

History
Aqua was originally one of the Emperor's many concubine, her family were part of the elite and as their youngest they sent her to the Emperor so that she could help him with whatever he needed. Since it was her duty she agreed to it and spent many days with the Emperor as she was his, along with many others, confidant and she kept any secret that she heard in her heart and never used it against others making her a prime candidate for any confessions that others might had.
As life in the palace continued she began to feel doubt that the Zangyack Empire really was taking care of their vassal states; she heard of experiments being conducted on people in order to further their own agendas and worlds being destroyed just to test out a new weapon. She spoke with the Emperor quietly and voiced her fears and doubts about it and he comforted her saying that they were doing the right thing and that she shouldn't listen to rumours.
However she began to feel even more doubtful when news reached about a resistance group that was fighting against Zangyack. They managed to hijack one of the communication relays that was used to broadcast the Emperor's many speeches as they showed the atrocity that the Emperor had done all in the name of the Zangyack Empire, though the broadcast was brief before military engineers managed to shut it down it was enough for Aqua to be horrified about it. She confronted the Emperor on it and begged him to cease all military conquests, but the Emperor would not hear of it and charged her with treason as she was sentenced to be executed along with her whole family.
While she was waiting for the execution a group of resistance fighters blasted their way into the prison, their original intention of freeing one of their leaders, but their leader ordered them to take Aqua as well as he had heard about her bravery in confronting the Emperor and he believed that she would be a good asset to use.
Since that day Aqua had fought against the Zangyack Empire with everything she got determined to destroy them and stop their military expansion; as years went by she slowly became trusted before taking on the mantle of Resistance leader for all groups as her she had the aura of a leader and she knew what it meant if she failed to stop Zangyack once and for all.
When she heard that Earth was the last planet to be subjugated she did not waste any time in going to Earth as she also heard about people called 'Rangers' that fought against the Zangyack Empire and if there are people that are fighting against them then she wasn't going to let them fight alone. En route to Earth she was visited by the spirits of the Rangers who had saw what Aqua had done and was pleased with her work and determination, they gave her the Silver Ranger key and the keys of the 6th Rangers in the hope that she could guide the other Rangers to victory, with her new powers she vowed to stop Zangyack whatever it takes.
