Overview:
Ivy is someone who has never had responsibility in her life, and probably never will. She’s always had family to help her, thanks to a rich grandfather. She sees life as one party that never has to end, and she has zero worries in life because of the money flow that she knows won’t end. It’s made her entirely irresponsible, to a terrible, terrible degree.
She doesn’t listen to people, and really doesn’t expect them to listen to her, unless they want something from her. She’s fully aware of that, and doesn’t care. She just has to throw money towards someone and they can do things for her. Good enough. She knows people like her for the money, and not for who she is, and she doesn’t really care.
You might ask if there’s something deep down that’s redeemable in her, that makes her someone of worth to society. Maybe even a desire to change. There’s not. There’s nothing but a horny, slutty girl who wants to keep drinking, partying and having sex. She’s gone too far in life without ever having had to do anything, so she never plans to do anything.
She can be outspoken and loud, and comes to anger easily enough. She thinks she can buy off anyone, or buy favors from anyone, and never thinks of the consequences of her actions. Why should she? She’s always been able to buy her way out. She doesn’t talk to her parents anymore, but stays on good terms with her grandfather. After he passes, she’ll have money directly in her account, so she doesn’t need her parents. They don’t approve of her life, after all.
She has maybe one or two genuine friends, but she can’t see them that way. She sees them as people she probably has to buy off, and as such does. She’s incapable of understanding when people are actual friends or being genuine. She’s smart enough to know people use her, and she expects it from everyone, no matter what.
Since becoming an Avian Ranger against her will, she’s Morphed a few times and fought once or twice, but sucks at it and usually doesn’t even have her Morpher on her. She does get a kick out of being able to fly though, and usually screws around instead of doing anything else.

History
Ivy’s parents were rich due to her mother’s father being rich and giving them money. They still worked however, with her father as a teacher and her mother as a police officer. Ivy was supposed to be brought up to be self-reliant and stuff, but that didn’t go well.
Early on she learned she could get money from her grandfather rather easily, and she didn’t really have to work. She just asked for money, and she got it. Her parents weren’t happy with how she was, so she moved in with her grandfather for a while and finished schooling there.
After she graduated she moved out and went to live on her own, which was easy enough to do with the money that kept flowing. Her parents basically stopped talking to her after that. She continued to live off of her grandfather’s money, happily.
She started to drink, party, all of that, and threw money around like it was nothing, because it really wasn’t. She loved her life, and then one day she was hit by the bird energy. Someone in the government tracked her down and recruited her, but she just basically took the Morpher and left. She does fight when needed, but is more of a liability. They hope she’ll change, and allow her to keep her gear for now.
