Overview:
Cristina is often seen as a rather withdrawn woman, since she focuses more on her work than anything, even her own assistants and others who work in the lab. The lab is her home, it's her life, it's everything to her. She lost all interest in people when ZECTroopers tried to kill her. Now she's interested in her science and in the biology of the monsters, specifically the Worms.
She's baffled as to why the Ladybug Zecter chose her because of this. She shows almost no interest in it, but uses it when she must. She will sometimes go into the field to study things, such as corpses that can't be brought into the lab for some reason, or the aftermath of a battle. Or even to just watch fights and see how the weaponry works and figure out tweaks for the future. She remains a silent observer. She doesn't speak to anyone, in or outside of the lab.
Who she really is as a person is a mystery. She shows very little personality, but shows interest, curiosity, and anger when things don't go right, but she reins that in quickly enough. She comes back to her composure and just throws herself into her work.
She has little interest in the outside world. She lost a lot of her semblance of humanity following being attacked and has never quite recovered it.

History
Cristina doesn't talk about her past, nor does URSA probe into it as a result of her being attacked by their members (see below). She hails from Spain, but that's about all that's known. Because she doesn't talk to people, this is about all URSA has for years.
She had high marks in school and went to MIT for studies in biology, chemistry and some other studies, performing very well in them.
Between one and two years ago, a Worm impersonated her, but both of them were soon located by ZECTroopers. In the inability to tell them apart, they began to run through normal protocols. They chose wrong and opened fire on her, but she survived.
In the aftermath of being attacked, she joined URSA through her research and expertise, and has chosen to apply her work into trying to find new, better ways to find Worms so that another similar incident won’t occur.
In the aftermath of that incident her hair turned white. She claims it to be a combination of the weaponry utilized by ZECT combined with Worm blood and bodily fluids which got onto her, but URSA scientists refute this claim and state that that’s not possible, but she stands with her claim.
She was chosen by the Ladybug Zecter for some reason, but ignores it most of the time as she just tries to proceed with her work.
