Strengths:
- Her species is unique for having bodies like rubber, effectively making her the ultimate contortionist. She can put herself into damn near any position or tight space and feel no pain. She also gains a limited resistance to blunt weaponry. (+4, -2 damage)
- She's a fantastic acrobat and combatant. Stories have portrayed her as bouncing off the walls and all over the room to fight. (+4 combat, +3 acrobat)

Overview: Jo is, quite obviously, deeply psychotic. She likes to think of herself as Zangyack's foremost interrogator, if only because she captures the most people and gets the most information. Whether it's helpful is anyone's guess. She only values strength. Physical power is, in Jo's mind, the only thing that matters in the world. As such, she's generally a very dominant individual. She takes any opportunity to make a point of how much power she possesses. As such, one of her favorite exercises is to leave defeated opponents alive, to prove her utter power; she could kill them at any second, yet chooses not to. Conversely, if someone manages to prove how they're stronger than her, usually by beating her in a fight, her personality takes a complete 180. She becomes completely submissive, exhibiting a deep, reverential respect for the one who beat her and following their every order. However, she will eventually reset, so it takes more than a narrow defeat to earn her respect. So far, the only people to achieve this in any kind of totality are the Emperor and Psycho Red.
Jo far prefers to be out of her war vestments. She doesn't like the restrictive feeling of wearing a full suit of armor, but she does appreciate the sheer advantage it gives her in any fight. She does wear a mask when operating out of suit, to follow the order of "no witnesses", but she loves witnesses. Witnesses mean new toys to play with. However, a witness doesn't always become a new toy, and new toys aren't always witnesses. Jo is a very deeply desirous creature, and what she wants, she will do anything to get, even if it means derailing a mission.

Abilities: In addition to the standard enhanced physical traits, the Mark V Echelon Psycho war vestments contain enhancements designed to dominate the battlefield. The suits are equipped with Phase Transistors, letting Psychos walk through walls. Wrist blasters have been added to the gauntlets. The helmet contains several different kinds of vision, including night, thermal, x-ray and telescopic. As an aesthetic choice on part of the Imperial Artificer, the mouthpiece contains a Decibel Amplifier, which acts as a supercharged microphone. It has caused deafness in some “lesser foes”.

It has a full suite of cloaking tech, and it's main weapon is an absolutely massive cannon known as the Sword of Eden. It does have some other weapons, but they're not very strong.
History
Jophiel was born into slavery. The daughter of the King and his chief concubine, she was kept secret. If the people found out, it would spark a revolt. In secret, her mother taught her how to shoot a bow, having learned it herself from her grandfather before being made into a concubine. Jo was determined to end this life and free her mother. She escaped when she was very young, and stowed away on an outbound cargo ship. She grew up in the sea of stars, never seeing home for years. When she was a teenager, the ship she'd hitched a ride on was attacked by space pirates. They took the crew captive to sell as slaves, Jo included.
The next part of Jo's life was characterized by attempted escapes and subsequent recaptures. She was becoming famous among the pirates for slipping her bonds, up until they realized that was just her species; no matter what they bound her with, her body could stretch out. Finally, the first mate simply decided to keep Jo for herself, making the young girl her own personal toy. That managed to keep Jo still, though only through sheer psychological trauma, not through merit of the bindings. The abuse continued for years, until the Zangyack attacked the pirates. One of the Action Commanders found her in the first mate's bedchamber, and freed her. Jo immediately pledged her undying loyalty to the Zangyack, before taking a gun and beginning to snipe the pirates. She asked them to keep the first mate alive. Some say that old mate is still locked away somewhere in the bowels of the Aidenn, awaiting Jo's service.
Jo was taken to the fleet, and joined up, beginning to train. She excelled at the training, far more so than the other recruits, and she was put onto a special accelerated track. She continued to excel, even beyond their expectations, and she continued to climb the ladder. She was soon a fleet subcommander, and her power was recognized by the Emperor himself, when he asked her to join his elite unit; the Psychos.
Jo was honored, and accepted immediately. She took the opportunity afforded and took her ship, traveling back home. In the years since she's been gone, her mother had passed on, but the King, her father, was still in power. She kidnapped the Princess and abused her, before displaying her in the castle courtyard. She announced her true parentage, and allowed the people to do the rest. The monarchy was toppled within a week, and Jo got her second toy.
She rejoined the fleet as they converged on Earth. She was the first to begin surveillance, moving down to the surface to explore the culture. She also captured a number of humans to serve as new toys, before returning to living aboard her ship. Now, she's simply waiting for the invasion to commence .
