Hero Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Hzo (Pronounced "Zo")
Type Of Hero: Kamen Rider
Henshin Device: Hzo Driver: A simple, blue, metallic object that attaches to the users waist and forms a belt around them. A slot in the front of the device opens to allow the insertion of drives to determine the form of the Rider.
Henshin Sequence: The user places the object against their waist and a belt forms around them. A slot opens in the front, which the user places in a drive to determine the form. The user closes the slot and turns the driver. The system says the name of the form, before the armour forms around them.
Forms:
- Form Name: Spark Form
Image/ Description: The user is covered with a blue skin tight suit which replaces their current clothes. Golden coloured plates cover the user's torso, shoulders, wrists and ankles. A golden covered neck guard surrounds the back and bottom of the user's head and a blue tinted visor covers the front, sides and top of the user's head. Two vertical wing-like structures are on the user's back, coming from the suit just below his shoulders and finishing around two feet above his head. While they do not allow flight, while the user is not using his abilities, they seem to charge up with electrical energy. Electricity seems to arc on and around the user after long periods of use.
Motif: Electricity
Color Scheme: Blue and gold
Transformation: After the belt forms around the Rider's waist, the skin tight suit forms around the his body. The neck guard forms next, followed by the armour plates appearing on the Rider's body. The vertical structures on the Riders back form, giving off arcs of electricity before the Rider's visor appears over their head.
Fighting Style: Hand to hand or bladed weaponry, assisted with seemingly electrical currents.
Weapons:
Arc Blasters: On the user's palms, there are two circular items with lines going out to their fingers. When used, they fire a blast of electricity at the target, seemingly disregarding the "shortest path" electricity would normally take, until it hits something.
Tesla Blade: When not in use, this weapon is simply a hilt attached to the user's waist. When in use, a metal blade extends from the hilt, with electricity arcing out of it.
Abilities:
Draw Power: When in touch contact with an electrical device or source with the Arc Blasters, the user may draw power directly from it to charge up his suit. This ability has no effect on other Drivers that may involve electrical currents. It is, however, able to absorb energy, if said energy hits the Arc Blasters directly.
Discharge: The user may have the suit send waves of electrical energy out in all directions. Any target hit is affected by a large electrical surge and all the effects that may come from such an experience. The user is left vulnerable for several seconds after the attack for the suit to recharge.
Finisher(s):
Static Pound: The Rider jumps in the air and punches the ground as he lands. Arcs of electricity shoot out along the ground, up to around three metres away, or until they touch a solid object. - Form Name: Flame form
Image/ Description: Similar to above, except the golden armour is now bright red and the skin suit is yellow. The vertical structures on the user's back now point down and are rounded off, with a funnel at the bottom, allowing it to be used as a jetpack.
Motif: Fire
Color Scheme: Yellow and red.
Transformation: Same as above.
Fighting Style: Short to medium range attacks using flames as the main weapon.
Weapons:
Burners: Wrist mounted flame throwers. The flame produced from these weapons varies. The colour ranges from red to blue to white, with the temperature of the flame being the heat required to reach those colours under normal conditions.
Blaze Axe: When not in use, is a long, metallic rod attached to the user's foreleg. When in use, flames roar from the tip and come out of the front and back, given the rod the look of a two-sided axe. The colour and heat of the flames may vary.
Abilities:
Flight: The vertical structures of this form allow the user to use them as a functioning jetpack, giving the user the ability to fly as they wish.
Purge: The vertical structures can have their output increased immensely, burning the immediate area around the user before they take off rapidly. Risks harming the user if they do not take off immediately.
Finisher(s):
Blaze of Glory: The Rider's form becomes engulfed in white hot flames. The Burners on his wrist shoot out much further and wider. The Rider is left seemingly unharmed by the flames. - Form Name: Knight Form
Image/ Description: Similar to above, only the armour is coloured silver and covers the arms, legs and abdomen of the user. The vertical structures are not present in this form.
Motif: Metallic.
Color Scheme: Silver.
Transformation: Same as above.
Fighting Style: Sword and shield.
Weapons:
Knight's Sword: A simple looking, one-handed and extremely sharp longsword with a crystal at the tip of the hilt.
Knight's Shield: A silver kite shield attached to the user's left wrist. It has not decorations where a crest would be.
Abilities:
Knight's Barrier: The user raises the shield, which in turn forms into a Tower Shield that equals the Rider in height and width. Is used to attempt to block large, heavy hits. Movement is immensely reduced while in use.
Finisher(s):
Knight's Blessing: A sword sigil appears on the Rider's shield, before disappearing. The Rider's longsword grows in size until it is large enough to be used as a Greatsword. The user swings the blade in an overhead arc, sending out a small shockwave when the blade connects with a target, or the ground. When the blade is lifted back up, it returns to the size of a longsword and the shield returns to his wrist. - Form Name: Blitz Form
Image/ Description: Same as Spark Form, only armour and skin suit is pure white.
Motif: Emergency Form
Color Scheme: Pure white.
Transformation: A blinding light appears from the user's armour and slowly dims. The user is standing in Blitz Form as the light slowly fades.
Fighting Style: Hand to hand
Weapons:
Blitz Gauntlets: The user has two powerful gauntlets over their hands. Each gauntlet magnifies the user's strength an additional tenfold.
Abilities:
Blitz Speed: Blitz Form moves at a blurring speed at most times. This is an incredible strain on both the user and the driver. Due to this, Blitz Form can only ever be active for a few minutes at a time. The user is left exhausted afterwards, if forced out of the form by the driver. If voluntarily disengaged, the user is left winded, dependent on how long the form was held for.
Finisher(s):
Blitzkrieg: The user holds both arms out in front of him. Bulbs of bright light begin leaving his palms and surging forward at a chosen target. Upon contact, each bulb causes a small explosion with only a fifty centimetre diameter. The bulbs continue to leave the user's suit until he runs out of energy or lowers his hands. This maneuver cause considerably more strain on the user.

History
Zack Halton was born in Oakland, California to a middle-class family. As he grew up, he kept to a personal, moral code: Help those in need, try and stop those that seek harm. As a child, he was a clever student and did his best to help other children, which of course brought the attention of bullies to him. At the time, he was not much of a fighter. He preferred to dodge the people that tried to attack him, tire them out or wait until help arrived in the form of a teacher or other adult.
As he entered high school, however, he found he had to change his tactics. He began taking simple fighting lessons to defend him self from would-be attackers. As he grew, his outlook became clearer and clearer on what he considered to be good and bad. Those that prey on the weak and innocent lost their right to protection until they repented in his eyes.
Shortly after his 21st birthday, his father found a strange, blue device while out of the country. When he returned, he gave it to Zack, along with 4 strange objects that had been found near it. A few short months later, Zack discovered what the device let him do, take forms of beings that gave him immense power. Suddenly, his mind raced at the idea of becoming a super hero. To him, his code became clear: Help the innocent. Stop the unjust. From the moment he set out, he promised himself to always fight fair. If he were to fight dirty, he would be no better than those he fought against.
