Fighting Style: If you are ever in a one on one fight with him, run. Ten on one? You have a slightly better chance. Rhaegal is aberserker through and through; you get around him, not through him.
Weapons: A black trident called the Drogon
Abilities: In addition to the standard enhanced physical traits, the Mark V Echelon Psycho war vestments contain enhancements designed to dominate the battlefield. The suits are equipped with Phase Transistors, letting Psychos walk through walls. Wrist blasters have been added to the gauntlets. The helmet contains several different kinds of vision, including night, thermal, x-ray and telescopic. As an aesthetic choice on part of the Imperial Artificer, the mouthpiece contains a Decibel Amplifier, which acts as a supercharged microphone. It has caused deafness in some “lesser foes”.

History
The planet Khal is a vast, savage land. It is kill or be killed; and Rhaegal managed to survive for quite a while. Shortly after becoming an adult the group of warriors he travelled with was slaughtered, and he was the only one left. This continued to happen with the groups he travelled with, and all he ever said was that they should have been better fighters.
He was captured by the Zangyack, who fought a long and bloody battle with his people over that lasts three straight days until the Zangyack blew up his backwater planet. Rather than let himself be a captive slave, he broke his bonds and started killing everything in his path, with his bare hands. This intrigued a number of the higher ups, and after a number of being put through a number of unimaginable horrors to make him humble enough to not kill the Emperor, he serves as Psycho Green. And God help us all, he couldn’t be happier.
