Strengths:
- She can send out small paralyzing shocks from her skin, but she has to make physical contact first in order to hurt who's she intending to stun. The stunning usually lasts about two to five minutes depending on how much juice she put in.
- She can produce a pink goop from her skin that can used to heal any non-fatal wounds of her or her teammates. Consuming this goop, will cause one to have bad hallucinations. Producing too much can cause serious fatigue.
- She's a history major and is pretty knowledge when it comes to the royalty of the world.
Weaknesses:
- She can't seem to summon her Power Animal, no matter how hard she tries.
- She (ironically) can't swim.
- She's deluded herself into thinking that she should be the rightful ruler of the Changling kind.

Overview: While some girls wanted to grow up and be princesses and marry some prince charming, Charlotte wanted to be the sole absolute ruler of her kingdom, a man would just get in the way. Now that she has discovered her identity as a Changling and the world has changed forever, she believes her opportunity has come to establish a kingdom for her fellow Changlings, but first she has to find them. Good thing there's always the internet!

Henshin Sequence: Charlotte presses holds up her G-Phone and presses the 0. She calls out “Gao Access!” Her body from the neck down becomes awash in white light. A glowing afterimage of a jellyfish plops down on her head, forming her helmet and creating her Synced form.
Forms:
- Form Name: GaoPink
Image/ Description: Looks like the standard Gao uniform except the head looks like that of a bulbous jellyfish and the main color is pink. Translucent tentacles circle the sides and back of the helmet as well as the suit's underarms. She lacks the claws the other members have. Instead of a skirt she has more of a longer translucent battle gown. From her shoulders flows a cape, much in the same style as the skirt. On top of her helmet looks very much like a small golden crown.

Fighting Style: She prefers to hang back and let her servants do all the dirty work. Rarely getting into close combat if she can avoid it.
Weapons: Jelly Scepter - a small rod with an orb fashioned to look like a jellyfish completely with tentacles hanging off its sides. It can blast out bolts of electricity.
Abilities: Enhanced stats, elongating tentacles that she can control which can also send out a small spark
Finisher(s): A few thousands bolts of electricity can do the trick.

History
Charlotte had a pretty normal childhood until she discovered that the guy who had raised her for all those years wasn't her real father, but some deadbeat that had left her mom before she was born. She later then discovered that he wasn't some mere deadbeat, but a deadbeat monster!
She was pretty young when she first developed her powers. When she was bullied in school, she was simply touch her bully's wrist and they would be out like a light, allowing her to scribble on their face with a permanent marker. She quickly declared herself Queen of her Elementary School, only to get kicked out when she became too much of a problem.
She kept this dreams of hers under lock in key as she completed the rest of her school career. She was nearly done with university when a cataclysmic event occurred that changed things forever. Charlotte took this as a sign that the dawning of her kingdom drew ever nearer. She obtained a G-Phone from an unknown source and set off into the world in search of her people.
