Overview: Recker is perhaps the most quietest law enforcement officer one will ever encounter. He tends to be rather reserved and often times chooses to keep his opinions to himself, only speaking if necessary. He has a strong mind is very focused on his job, dedicated to the force. Emotion is simply not his thing and if anything is confirmed, he's just a good man with a cold heart.
Hero Stuff

Type Of Hero: Proto-SWAT Dekaranger
Henshin Device: The SWAT Brace is designed to be a covert Morpher that doesn't arouse suspicions because it is built exactly like a watch that is sold by Memorex. It also has the advantage of being a hands-free method of changing since it has microphones implanted in it to allow for vocal-only transformations. It can only be used by the registered user via a DNA lock and it will also indicate its presence to them when it is separated from them via an alarm. It also retains all of the functions of the SP Badge, but due to space problems it currently cannot hold any more features.
Henshin Sequence: Recker calls out "Emergency! DekaFrost!" and is immediately bathed in a protective corona of blue and black light that protects him from harm. Unlike other suits, it is required that the user uses the full call because of its vocal nature, though Recker can whisper the call when a stealthy transformation is needed.

Fighting Style: Swift, quick, and decisive. Also involves using his firearms as a melee weapon.
Weapons: The D-Assault rifle, a gun that can manage to match the raw power of the D-Bazooka. DekaFrost's D-Assault Rifle is inc operated with the element of ice, and deals out frostbite-induced burns instead of heat.
Abilities: The DekaMetal in the suit is supplemented with conventional physical armors that - while heavier certainly - protect from a great deal of harm. While it wouldn't stand up in any kind of ground war, it can absorb laser damage to some degree, has enhanced bulletproofing, and is very impact resistant. The armor can be broken and too damaged to be protective, but it's assumed that personnel aren't standing in the open intentionally taking bullets. It retains the speed and strength enhancers of the previous models of suits, and has a hyper advanced HUD display that contains facial recognition, reticles linked to the rifle, infared, Geiger counters, and basically any other thing you can imagine you could put into it.
Finisher(s): A hyper charged laser shot from the D-Assault that matches the user's color and has a similar elemental effect in the energy pattern. In Recker, case it's mainly blue, misty, and glassy that freezes anything on contact.

- A MP5 SMG: a portable and handy firearm when the D-Assault Rifle is not an option.
- Jackal Zonda: an armored Zonda sportscar so sleek and fast it'll make even the worst of criminals shit bricks.
History
Recker lived in New York for the most part of his life, and it's been very up-and-down for him. He did relatively well in school, but was constantly picked up for his quiet personality and cowardly attitude by bullies - thugs, if one wants consider them that. Manhattan was a city that never sleeps, it it controversially houses the most corruption and the most problematic scenarios in all of the US, even if statistics say otherwise. After graduating college, Recker decided to join the force and put all his dedication and his life to it.
Life got a little sweeter for him after he joined the force. He made a small name for himself for joining the Counter Terrorism unit in such a short time and actually successfully stopping serious threats that would've harmed the city physically and figuratively. The only problem was the incoming threat of the Zangyack, which Recker did not exactly care for since he nor the NYPD actually expected them to show up in New York. He was dead wrong when they were discovered secretly supplying dangerous weapons to the local gangs, which resulted in the decimation of the whole squad Recker served in...
Recker's miraculous survival perked up the interest of the Galactic Federation's SPD branch, where he would be brought in to take the title of DekaFrost.
