Forty years ago  the Akatsuki-Go's passengers were given the Seed Of Agito by the Overlord of Light, but no one has manifested the powers of an Agito since. That changed when twenty silver wolves appeared and changed those who met it.

Valerie Thomas appeared at URSA headquarters displaying strange psychic powers. Could they have reemerged?

Wait, does that mean there are twenty Agitos..?

Not everyone with a Seed becomes Agito. There were more than that on the Akatsuki-Go, yet only two Agito. Besides, more than one person could have seen each wolf.

The point is; Agitos could potentially reappear, and who knows what could happen then.
