Overview:
Mina is rather interested in pursuing life, but doesn’t get far in her attempts. She’s been stuck in the States for so long, tied down due to work mostly. She would love to get out and do some traveling, but can’t, but she believes it to be her calling. She tries to act wiser than someone her age, but that doesn’t often work out too well for her, and she tends to revert to someone slightly more immature than she arguably should be.
If you asked her what her defining attribute was, she’d probably say that it’s her clumsiness. She’s a fighter (learning to fight), but she’s rather clumsy. She’s tried to fix that, but she really can’t. She’s prone to tripping over things, even her own feet. She’s rather apologetic over this. She’s also not very good at being quiet or stealthy.
Mina is very willing to help people in need, and will put aside what she’s doing to go and be of assistance to anyone nearby, whether they ask or not. If she’s told she doesn’t need to help, she’ll do it anyway. She’ll only really go if she tries to help someone and they make her go, or it’s entirely out of her skillset to help.
She’s found that she’s actually really good with computers and some forms of technology (as in, current human technology, not advanced technology like Drivers or Morphers or alien tech), normal things, really. She’s really fast at what she does too, and isn’t quite sure where she picked up her expertise, but it is there. She knows what she’s doing. She’ll gladly help with things like that as well. Along the way she picked up some hacking tricks as well, but she doesn’t really do that. At least not often.
Mina, above most else, is rather awkward as a person. When you take into consideration her clumsiness, it really adds a lot to this. She doesn’t always think things through before talking, and embarrasses herself a lot, or makes somewhat inappropriate comments or accidental innuendos a bit too often. She tries to just go with it, but that doesn’t always work out. She tries to be funny as well, trying to turn something awkward into something funny, or adorable. Either or. She just tries to make it work out. Sometimes she rambles or talks about completely random things.
She’s smart, primarily in matters of history and the like. She’s not overly studious, but she picks things up quickly enough and has good retention of knowledge and facts. She hates having to try to do tests of any sort, however, but otherwise she’s fine in recalling information, although it sometimes takes a little time to figure out.
She doesn’t have a lot of things to worry about. She really doesn’t have many cares in the world. She knows how bad the world is, and doesn’t romanticize anything really, she sees things as they are, and views the world as it is, with the cold hard truth. She doesn’t always talk like that, however. She will sugarcoat things to make people feel better (especially younger people), but will talk about things normally with other people, those of her own age and older.
She doesn’t quite know what to do with this new duty thrust upon her, but is trying to figure it out. She’s taking up learning how to fight and shoot and stuff so that she can be of use later on, because there has to be a reason she has this.

History
She was born in London, but her parents moved to the States right after her birth, for work reasons. Mina’s parents died at a young age in a car accident, and she barely survived. She was raised by her aunt and uncle (her new guardians) and brought up in their household. Both of them worked with computers, and they became a part of her life too as she grew up.
She was ahead of the other students in school because of her computer skills, and just kept learning. She was able to start applying things she learned a lot faster, and started to come out on top of things without much difficulty.
After going through high school she got a job in IT with a company. She saw no reason to go to college or anything, she was happy where she was, and remained there.
She had a weird item dropped at her desk one day and began to tinker with it, inadvertently activating the Beetle Bonder and transforming. She found that she was unable to track down the person who left it at her desk, later finding that he had died. Something was going on, and she feared for her own safety.
She chose to keep the Bonder for that reason, and to hopefully find his killer.
