Overview: Jean is incredibly confident in himself. He's very confident that he'll always win, no matter what the odds. His powers add to that quite extensively. He's a bit of a misanthrope, thinking himself better than the people around him, but he's very, very good at hiding it. He was always a little mad, but ever since he began working for Deboss, it's magnified immensely, and he's become completely sociopathic, wishing nothing more than to watch his fellows burn. To that end, he's set his sights on the Dino Charge team, not only because they're preventing Deboss from their goal, but because his old fling Alexis is on the team. He's asked to have the honor of dealing with her personally.
Villain Stuff
Name: Dino Charge Duo Ranger
Type Of Villain: Evil Dino Charge ranger
Henshin Device: The Charge Breaker, a double-barreled shotgun (black instead of yellow and red instead of orange, and Chargers on the ammo rail on top) that allows him to combine the effects of two Chargers.
Henshin Sequence: Jean cracks the Breaker open and inserts a Carnowrecker Charger and a Chashielder Charger, flipping the gun closed. He yells "Dino Charge!" and waltzes for a moment before firing the gun forward, releasing both dino heads forward. They arc back around, spin around him, and bite down on opposite sides of him, forming his suit.

Image/ Description: His armor is completely dualistic. On the right side, Carnowrecker holds power, with a dark grey, almost black, suit, a shoulderplate that's the same color with a silver trim and silver boots. On the left side, Chashielder is dominant, with a white suit with gold trim, and a circular shield attached to his left wrist.

Fighting Style: He's very confident in his powers, attacking fiercely and relying upon his Chashield to defend himself.
Weapons: His Breaker, now enhanced with Carnowrecker's pure destructive power, and the Chashield, his shield on his left hand
Abilities: His Charge Breaker is incredibly powerful now, capable of breaking most defensive barricades, and he can use the Chashield to generate a spherical force shield around himself.
Finisher(s): Duo Cannon- He open and closes the Breaker again, charging it with the power of both of his Guardians, before firing a powerful beam.
Wrecker Ball- He loads in two Carnowrecker Chargers and closes the Breaker, prompting it to announce "Carnowrecker, Double Ought!" He then fires a relatively slow-moving ball of energy that, upon making contact with a target, erupts into approximately a megaton of force.
Shield Ball- He loads in two Chashielder Chargers, causing the Breaker to announce "Chashielder, Double Ought!" He fires the gun in any direction, usually at his feet, and it creates a ball of solid force about 7 feet in diameter. This ball operates like a hamster ball, with Jean inside, and it defends him from almost anything.

Henshin Sequence: Much the same as the above, but Jean only loads in a single Tobaspino Charger instead.

Fighting Style: He's much more careful in this form, as he's not guaranteed the protection of the Chashielder.
Weapons: The Flute Buster, a weapon that works as a sword, boomerang and flute. He mostly uses it as a boomerang in conjunction with the Breaker.
Abilities: His physical capabilities overall are increased, above that of the normal Dino Charge Rangers.
Finisher(s): Final Movement- He puts a Tobaspino Charger into the Flute Buster, and it begins playing Carmina Burana, as rendered by the deepest, most ominous organ known to man. He mimics conducting a moment, before suddenly unleashing a powerful energy slash.
Other Equipment:
- He keeps several Chargers for both of his partners inside his jacket. He also keeps the Breaker in a chest holster, like a cop.
History
Jean was always a strange child. He was very antisocial, and his parents almost forced him to go outside and play with the other children. Jean always thought the others were beneath him, that he was meant for something more. He focused on his schoolwork, excelling in school while doing multiple extracurricular activities, including competitive martial arts and various sports. He graduated valedictorian, and went onto to university, graduating a year early. While at university, he took up regularly visiting a shooting range, to help let off steam. He worked for a law firm for a year before returning to school to study for his doctorate. That's when he met Alexis.
He was amazed it actually happened, but she actually managed to make it close to him. He had a brief whirlwind affair with her, before leaving for an internship with a firm in another city. She called him later, telling him she was pregnant, but later said it was a false positive. Jean was relieved, because he hadn't much wanted to father a child with one of his fellows anyway. Even if Alexis was different; he simply categorized her back in with the rest of his fellow man after that. Out of sight, out of mind.
He finished his doctorate a few months later, and began practicing law in Paris, before he was contacted by one of Ender's lieutenants. They'd tracked him down specifically for his trained martial skills and misanthropy, she explained, and they had a job for him. When he heard, Jean accepted, and was given the gems for Carnowrecker and Chashielder. According to her, they didn't respond to Ender or his forces, and they needed a human to control them. He was given the Breaker by Carnowrecker, and began operating for the bounty hunters, training his martial skills and marksmanship to a very fine edge. He's since learned that Alexis is one of his enemies, and has been tasked with finding her.
