Somewhere, in some small pocket of the known multiverse outside of the rest of it all, lies the headquarters of what is known as the Interdimensional Transit Authority, or IDTA for short. Unbeknowist to the general population (i.e., most everyone), behind the scenes of the cosmos lie three train lines: The Rainbow Line, powered by the light of IMAGINATION!; the Chronos Line, which crosses all of time itself; and the Shadow Line, a line of pure darkness. These lines reach far across the multiverse, able to travel across it in their goals.
The IDTA, which manages the Resshas and Liners (trains that traverse the Rainbow Line and Chronos Line, respectfully), manages these lines to protect the multiverse from the evil forces of the Shadow Line, who want to rule over the multiverse. However, due to the recent war in one universe, the Chronos Line's flagship train, the Den-Liner, was damaged, and its belt and pass lost, to which the IDTA does not know where or when...

Due to the crossover nature of Den-O and Tokkyuger, as well as the shared motif, I decided to combine both under a single umbrella. While each series of trains (Ressha, Kurainer, and Liner) predominately operate under their respective lines, there are some instances where they can traverse on others.
Additionally, all three lines can be accessed without approval by the GaohLiner.

Due to the crossover nature of Den-O and Tokkyuger, as well as the shared motif, I decided to combine both under a single umbrella. - The Rainbow Line can only be accessed by trains made by the IDTA. (Resshas, Den-O Trains). Even villainous Den-O Trains can ride under the rainbow line, as the were (at least initially) commissioned by the IDTA.
- The Shadow Line can only be accessed by trains under Shadow Line control. Both Kurainers and villainous Den-O trains can access it so long as it has been given approval by someone of high status within their ranks.
- The Chronos Line can be accessed by the all IDTA trains; however, Resshas must get authorization from the Station Master in order to cross it, due to present legality issues over proper interdimensional travel. It is possible for Shadow Line trains to access the Chronos Line, but Castle Terminal currently does not have a dedicated Chronos Line track for it.
Additionally, all three lines can be accessed without approval by the GaohLiner.
