The Avian Assault team was born on accident, the result of an ancient Egyptian statue of Horus releasing unknown powers into the world. These powers went to a select number of individuals, granting them all increased sensory abilities and increased physical capabilities. Someone in the government who was watching these signals began to make technology to assist these individuals to allow them to fight, not wishing to pass up the chance to have another Ranger team.
