[Somewhere over Scotland]
Neil was behind the wheel of his flying ship Tyrfing, about 10,000 feet in the air, give or take a few thousand. His body was still pretty sore after their romp in Detriot, but he was on top of the world at the moment.
They had successfully gotten their hands on some gear and were flying towards Lost Raven's HQ in order to make a delivery.
The problem was Neil had got himself completely lost..
"I was sure that bird's nest was around here somewhere..."
Though Neil couldn't possibly see it, a small mechanical blue stag beetle was zipping around the hills below.

James was looking around as well, but mostly for threats. He was the only one of the two of them who had a gear, do he was playing sentry.

Dominic had been tracking the blue little bugger for the past 24 hours. It didn't matter how close he got to nabbing the Zecter, it still managed to evade him... for some stupid reason.
He dashed down the hill after the beetle, but had to skid to a sharp halt when it took off across a loch. "This is the last time I take a job without knowing every last detail!"
Unless it circled back towards him, he'd lost it. Well... they won't be happy with this outcome.

The blue stag went over the water several times without making much distance between them, as if it wanted Dominic to follow it.
Eventually it zipped back to the shore, passing Dominic's neck by mere inches before continuing on.
Up above, Neil was whistling to himself.
"Spot Last Raven's base yet, James?" he called out, "It's in North America right? Or is it Russia..?"
He scratched his chin.
"Brazil? Nah, I don't think so.. Maybe?"

"Oh god damn it!" He covered his mouth when he realized what he'd said. His hand quickly went to the crucifix tucked beneath his shirt, before he wheeled about and took off after the zecter again.
It's playing me... If this keeps up I'll need to henshin.

"Sir," the ship's artificial intelligence guiding system "Wired" chimed in, "I'm detecting movement down below. One is clearly human, one seems to be.. a bug? Yes, a bug."
"Some guy and a bug?" Neil shook his head, "How about finding us something useful Wired?"
"I'll try my best sir!"

"I have no idea" James admitted. His head snapped up at the mention of a bug. "A bug? Wired, is it metal? And what kind of insect?"

"Launching a long ranged scan now! Beep beep boop! Scanning complete!" chimed Wired, "Upon further analysis, I have discovered that bug is emitting potent tachyon energy! Checking databases now! It's a not a bug at all, it's a Zector!"
"A Zector huh? I've heard of those, yeah. Mechanical bugs from another dimension that let you travel at the speed at light. Crazy stuff, but if Wired says it exists.."

Dominic chased the Zector straight back up the hill again. It seemed to wait at the top as though beckoning him onward, or waiting for him.
I need to switch tactics here Instead of following the metal bug on such a direct route, he cut around the crown of the hill.
The Zector stayed put, flitting here and there but never going far. Dom initialized his VirtueDriver, and snapped the Caritas cross into place.
Caritas. Spin up! commanded the belt.
The blue stag must have heard. It turned in Dominic's direction, paused for a second, before taking off.
Well, cat's out of the bag. Might as well follow through. "Henshin!"
As he stood he spun the red VirtuCross. First, the black base suit, then the rest of his armour and finally the red templar cross appeared on his white helmet. As a rider, his speed, along with a broad swash of other physical attributes, was enhanced. Useful... for a bug hunt.

"This just got a whole lot trickier" James said. "Zecter like to run. They run fast, and they run hard. We have to be smart here."

"How about we actually get our asses down there and catch it?" Neil said, "I'll get the nets, you get the bugspray."
"Beginning descent, right away!" chimed Wired. The rather decent sized zeppelin began to slowly propel itself downward towards the ground.
"Can't we pick up the pace..?"
The blue Zector quickly took notice of the approaching monstrosity and zipped right up into the sky, far out of Dominic's reach.
"Incoming sir!" shouted Wired as the blue stag beetle passed right by the viewing deck.
"Son of a bitch! It's taunting us!"

"Wired, lower the ship enough so that I can launch out the bay doors."
James quickly drew out his damaged Lockvehicle, before slapping his belt onto his waist. The band met itself behind his back. James also dug out his Kurumi Lockseed, ready to use it when the chance came.

"Understand!" Wired chimed before adding in a whisper, "I hope you fall and die.."
Neil was busy whistling to himself so he didn't hear that. He never seemed to notice how much Wired despised James.
The Tyrfing continued its descent.
"Head to the bay doors. We are now a sufficient height for you to jump out and survive (possibly)."

"KURUMI ARMS! MIIIIIIISTER KNUCKLEMAN!"
James, now transformed, launched out of gthe ship on his bike, landing with a jolt onto the ground. Thankfully James did NOT die and niether did his Lockvehicle, which he left running as he waited for the Zecter.

The rider stood aghast as the zecter blasted off into the sky, taking more of an interest in some sort of zeppelin than anything on the ground...
"What the actual hell?" Didn't zeppelins prove to be worthless back in the day, what with the exploding and catching fire? Why fly by airship when you could just, you know, use a plane like a normal person.
He slumped thinking for one fleeting moment about throwing in the towel. "No. I'll find a way to catch you. Mark my words! Dinner depends on it."
At that moment, a bike, rider and all, dropped from ship. "I think I've gone mad... Yep, that's got to be it."
