Kate wanders down the street near the Last Raven offices, idly looking at her tablet. She'd decided to go out of the lab and continue her work while "taking a break." It was efficient at best. For some reason, she takes a preference to those of color, as opposed to her own race. There's no real explanation for it, it's just..there.

Meanwhile, in a nearby intersection, Tomoko was already fighting a rather angry-looking Energy Dopant. "I can't go one day without having to fight something!" she said. "Can't I just have a break? It's all I'm asking for!" She dodged the Dopant's shots, firing her webs at the rail-gun arm in order to jam it.

Sounds of battle occur.
"Ah? This could be intriguing.." she readies her observation program and heads over to the scene, standing closer than some might to document this fight. Some kind of girl heroine and a Dopant. "Good..give me some data.." she muttered under her breath.

The Dopant couldn't fire properly, but it kept shooting to try and disintegrate the webbing. To which Tomoko retaliated by firing more webs at it. "Wow, at least put up a fight..."

"Spiders and webbing...hmm interesting." She proceeds to note how such webbing could be used in other ways, watching the fight casually, without a care in the world.

Eventually, Tomoko completely bound the Dopant with webbing and she sighed. "Well, better end this quick," she said, kicking the Dopant into the air. "MAXIMUM SPIDER!" she shouted as she struck him numerous times before kicking him back down, causing an explosion and the memory to come flying out.

Thanks to this, the girl had retrieved some data. Interesting spider girl. She decides to stick around for a moment and hide to see if the other will reveal herself.

Tomoko knew it was probably the worst idea to unmask right here and now, so she took the memory and crushed it in her hand before zipping across the buildings.

She watches the masked figure leave. "Hmm...now I want to know who's behind that mask.." she mumbled to herself before walking on

Tomoko undid her transformation and sighed. "Man... where's URSA when you needed them...?" she asked herself before walking out of the alley where she hid (and made sure no one else was nearby when she landed). Looking around, she began to walk as if she were minding her own business...

She talks to herself as she walks down the street. Nothing sensitive or anything, just one of the many algorithms for science that's in her head. Predictably one that might be used to create an explosive lemon. People shied away from her as she did so, thinking her crazy.

Tomoko kept walking as well, stretching her arms out as she did. At least fighting crime was a decent workout...

One of her stretched arms clobbers an unsuspecting Kate right across the collarbone, and she's knocked flat on the ground, seeing a couple of stars.

Tomoko looked at the woman and extended her hand to help her up. "I'm sorry! Are you okay?"

She blinks, not immediately registering what happened, before looking up at the girl who extended a hand. Ah, her weakness, those not of her race..it made a small blush appear on her cheeks before she reaches up and grabs your hand, coming to her feet. "I...think so." she blinked a bit, looking at you. "Forgive my saying, but you looked very attractive right there." she brushes herself off, laughing a little nervously. "Ah that's right, I'm fine. I was just engrossed in my work about explosive lemons."
