So with Adriana in play she's practically America's hero and she's flaunted all over TV, news, magazines etc. she's the military's celebrity and that's all fine an good. However for every light side there is always a dark side to things and this is where the Black Ops Specialist comes in.
Much like Adriana it will be serving America and it's interests, but unlike Adriana who's missions are usually revealed after it is completed, most of its mission is classified and black ops meaning it technically does not exist. It'll be in charge of assassinating individuals who pose a threat to America and its interests around the world going to places where Adriana can't because of her status. It will be America's dark hero and his personality would be different from that of Adriana.
So just some key things to note:
1. It must be part of one of the three remaining US military branches: Army, Marine or Navy
2. It can be part, or formerly part, of a special forces unit; doesn't have to be, but it would make sense for a former spec-ops to be part of this.
3. Personality wise: it will not be as patriotic as Adriana is, it will serve America only for itself or because it has been given some benefits by the US government. Otherwise go for it, but also unlike Adriana it was not brainwashed by the government so it has full control of his mental faculties.
4. As for the suit I'll leave that up to you, I would give bonus points if you do choose KR Gills for the biological-weapon kind of trope, but you can choose whatever suit you think suits this particular job.
5. I'll leave face claim to you, I have no particular want for a face claim and gender is also fine. It can be male or female.
