"Lived there for years," Jon said, "Just making sure no one foolish enough went through and ate one of the fruits."
He then quickly popped his shoulder back into place and spat some blood onto the ground.
"I'll let this by my answer for you," he said as he once again opened the Lockseed, summoning the metal fruit from another world.

He slid the Lockseed into place before cutting into it.

"I feel like they would be proud if they could see us today. Henshin!"
"Soiya! Melon Arms: By Heaven's Decree."
The Aegis appears, and Natsumi slips into the leader role. "I'll attract their attention. The two of you hit them from the side!" And with that she flash steps forward, getting right up in the faces of the Lion Invess duo, using a number of quick shield bashes to piss them off.

Jon didn't wait for Andrea to respond, he immediately dashed off to his left, making a half circle around before striking one of the Lion Invess in the back with a flurry of slashes.

"Yes ma'am!" Andrea said, darting off in the opposite direction of Jonouchi, combining her weapons into a Naginata before swinging at the other Lion.

They did some damage, but the Invess duo weren't through. They ignored Natsumi and slashed furiously at Jon and Andrea.

Natsumi wasn't done either, and flash-stepped in front of Andrea, blocking the slash with her shield, while shooting the other one who slashed Jon in the side. "I'm not going to lose when it comes to shielding those I care about."

"Aa." She undoes the Lock on her Seed, with "Lock, Off." And then for a moment, time seems to stop, as she catches a passing glimpse of the fated priestess, pointing...but when she looked again, the woman was gone. Had she really been there to begin with?
Looking to Andrea, she wonders if the other had seen the same thing...

Andrea saw her as well, and looked at the woman before nodding as well. "Right! Though let's shake things up a bit~" She then took off her own Lockseed and tossed it to Natsumi.

He saw no one, he was focused on the battle and the battle alone.
