In the wake of the Ranger army that rose up and defeated them, the Zangyack got a bright idea - they would fight Rangers with Rangers. They managed to find a few turncoats and reverse engineered their tech to create a team simply called The Killers. There is one Killer to a team, and everyone has the same title - GaoKiller, BoukenKiller, etc. And now they're coming down to Earth to beat them at their own game.
