Betrayal [URSA]

Ravinn had his belt on and the Zecter in his hand.  He flipped the spot on his belt down and loaded the Zecter onto it, "Henshin," he said as he transformed as he walked on.  One guard looked at him in confusion, but that guard's neck was soon snapped from a kick to the head.  He walked on.

Reika was on her way to report to Chief Nakagawa about her investigation of the small time PMC and attempted kidnappers Tyr when she heard a sudden thud in the next hallway over.

She already had her URSA-issue Smart Buckle around her waist when she went to investigate. She "borrowed" a compact mirror from an unsuspecting female grunt and used it to check what was happening without sticking her head into the proverbial fire, at least not yet.

Ravinn walked on down the corridor. A guard came running down the corridor, firing with his rifle, but Ravinn moved to a side corridor. He knew their weapons could damage his armor with enough fire. He waited for the guard to come closer, then kicked him into the opposite wall, smashing his body into it, breaking it.

Reika pretty much saw what she needed to see. Some unknown assailant was attacking headquarters (again) and seemed to be utilizing one of the grasshopper-themed gear-

..Grasshopper..

Reika shook her head to snap herself out of it. The man wasn't a real grasshopper, just a pale imitation. An imitation she had no choice but at least try to apprehend, at least before someone with a more potent gear than hers arrives. She missed out on both Sagittarius attacks due to missions, but it seems now it was her time to make up for it.

She quickly slapped the buckle down, causing the photon streams to surge forth and former her Riotrooper armor. She then took her Axel Ray Gun and hired a few "warning" shots before retreating back behind the wall.

Ravinn turned and looked at her, "A Riotrooper? Against a man like me? You're out of your league." He just stood there, "Show me what you can do. Or what you think you can do."

[Reika Minato]

Reika bit her lip. It was true, her gear was far inferior to his, even at first glance she could tell this. In the a fight between Kamen Riders, it wasn't just experience or skill that was a deciding factor victory, but the kind of power they wore around their waist.

Reika has had many opportunities to trade up, but felt like her Buckle was a piece of her and just wasn't ready to let it go, just yet.

She quickly came back out and fired several times at the light fixtures above Hoppers' head before retreating back into her cover.

"You think the darkness is your ally?" he questioned, not moving at all. "You don't know the type of training I've had for years. I don't need light to defeat you. Or...crush you. Defeat makes it sound like you have a chance."

[Reika Minato]

Reika wasn't one for snappy one-liners or comebacks nor was she going to go out all running and screaming trying to cut him down. She wasn't a hero, not in the slightest. She was a killer, that's what she was best at, that's the only thing she knows she can do. The only purpose she has in life..

Once darkness had spread throughout the hallway, Reika left her hiding spot to go down the adjacent hallway in the hopes of surprising him from behind.

He slowly walked forward, listening to ZECTroopers or something running and firing. He focused on their footfalls, on where the corridors were, and then rolled to get behind walls. Once they came out and their footsteps stopped, he swiftly removed the threat.

While the Hopper Rider was busy with the ZECTroopers, Reika appeared behind him and fired several shots before immediately retreating again.

He was struck and took a step forward. As long as troops kept coming, she might be able to get him, but...but they would lose a lot of soldiers in the process.

Reika didn't care much about the clearly expendable soldiers. The only reason she wasn't high tailing it out of there so that she would earn some cred around here, especially with the higher ups.

She fired not at him this time, but the water fountain not too far from him, blowing it up completely and causing water to spew forth.

As soon as she started to fire again, he moved into the hallway that the soldiers he had just dispatched had come from. He just had to wait now. He looked down, picked up a ZECTrooper weapon, and stepped out, firing rapidly in her apparent direction.

Reika wasn't expecting him to fire off shots and took a hit in the chest armor, but not enough to take her down, yet. She quickly switched her weapon to sword mode and prepared her next move.

The water from the destroyed fountain had already spread across the floor giving Reika the speed boost she needed to zip down the hallway like a Slip'n Slide as she attempted to slash the Hopper's belt and get away cleanly.

He saw her when she got close and leapt back, tossing his weapon aside. He slid down the hallway behind him and grabbed a still living soldier, throwing him towards the Riotrooper.
