Final Rising Kick: Initiated by the blue fuestle, the energy is shot up in the air, IXA ascends up through it, then comes down in a flying side-kick, all of the energy pooling in her foot.

History
Born to Princess Mako of Akishino shortly after a Shin-Shocker attack on the Imperial Palace, Naoko was raised since her early childhood to become Empress of Japan. It was her birth following the attack that caused the repeal of the Imperial House Law of 1947, due to her being the sole next-of-kin of the immediate Imperial Family. While she learned all the proper mannerisms and teachings that the future empress should know, being taught by her cousin, Naoko came to hate her lifestyle, seeing the Imperial Palace as her own gilded cage, and she had made several attempts to escape and see the world. It wasn't until her 18th birthday when she snuck out through the maintenance tunnels that she finally got a taste of the world outside the palace, and she began traveling the world in order to do more than just sit on the throne.
During her travels, she had found a strange belt on what was once a battleground during the Great War. Figuring it belonged to a Kamen Rider before it ended up there, Naoko took it with her on her travels, using the belt to assist those in need. However, little does she know that she has a target painted on her back...
