With the Acting Emperor Seihachi having discovered that Naoko has a henshin belt, he sends a message to URSA and various PMCs a request to go and retrieve her and bring her back home so she can finally take her spot as Empress of Japan, with a rather large reward in place. However, it's not going to be as easy as it was made out to be. Something has been hunting Naoko down since she left Japan... and now it's finally caught up.
