Due to the faster progression of the Rider World events, and the slower Ranger World (which are sister worlds), we're closing creation of Rider characters for the time being to try to create advances in Ranger World.
I'd have rather just locked the entire Rider World for now, but other staff members hated the idea, so for now we're doing this.
