Mary rested in her abode deep in the woods. Here it was so peaceful..and she was away from everything. Sometimes she'd see the occasional ship in the sky or something along those lines, but she'd never check it out. This was her self-imposed exile, after helping out in the initial invasion...

Mary went to the woods wondering what exactly she was doing here, she was sent here for 'training' and to 'refine her spirit', but what did that mean exactly? Her spirit is just fine and she really think that the others could do better with a bit of recklessness on the side, but she couldn't argue with her sensei and so she went all the way here as she trudged through the forest panting after a long walk. She then sat down on a boulder and grabbed a water bottle before drinking it deeply.

Her eyes opened. Someone was near. Intruding on her forest. Or at least, her space. Donning her ninja uniform, she hides on the roof of her structure, knowing that it will probably be visible to whoever's coming. Perfect ambush.

After taking a short break Mary then saw a roof in the distance as she began to walk towards it.

Hidden eyes watch the newcomer as they approach, and when you get close enough, she pops up on the roof, hidden in her uniform and its hood, only her eyes showing. "Who are you and what are you doing in this forest?"

Mary stopped as she heard the voices and looked around trying to figure out who it was that was talking, "I'm just a traveller...well not really I'm a martial arts student and I was sent here to do some training," she said.

"What martial art?" The voice demanded. "Anything to do with the Hayate or the Ikazuchi schools?"

"Gekijyuken, hmm?" She jumps down from the roof, landing with cat-like grace in front of you, staring at you from underneath her ninja mask. "...Come inside. It's going to rain." she admonishes, walking inside her humble abode.

Mary was surprised that the woman would be able to jump from such a height without harming herself as she was invited in. She didn't know if this was part of the test or not as she simply followed her in.

"Yeah. But I'm not old." She chuckles a bit. "Ah, where are my manners." she reaches up under her chin and pulls back the ninja mask, revealing her face to you (as seen in the avatar)
