Addy would've dismissed as some odd fetish thing, if she didn't have these really weird acrobatics abilities herself. And the whole claws-popping-out-fingers-and-toes bit wasn't helping. "What do you do, exactly?" She wanted to see. Maybe there was some relation.

"So, what animal would this be?" Addy popped the claws out of her left hand, the curved things sprouting from her fingertips. It always confused her how it never hurt to do that, yet they always seemed like they were breaking the skin.

"So, because this Elle chick got nabbed by this space-ball thing you mentioned, I can't get a phone?" Addy wasn't entirely certain she wanted one. She didn't want to have to deal with being some kind of superhero in addition to trying to find respectable work.

Steph shrugged, "I heard a whole bunch of those balls attacked London not too long ago, but then a bunch of other guys in suits like mine appeared to fight them off. Elle could be alright, she seemed like a tough girl when we fought off that giant scorpion."

... Giant scorpion? Really? Addy wanted to disbelieve so badly, but she had the same superpowers. Well, not the same, but kind of the same. Addy sat down next to the shark-lady. "What was that thing happening earlier? That scream?" That had to be related. Since she was talking about stuff like a giant scorpion, there was no way what had been happening was a "weird hallucination".

Steph shrugged, "I'm new to the whole hero thing myself, but it seems when you're a hero, bad stuff is always happening you, right after the other. If it wasn't some hallucination, then it was some evil living mist that seemed to know what I was."
