If hitting the hand worked, no reason this shouldn't. Addy went nuts, swiping at the spears as fast she could with her claws. She was almost tempted to scream some kind of warcry, but that would've been counterproductive.

It was working! Addy kept clawing at the spears, trying to do something. She might not have one of them fancy suits, but she had claws, and she was gonna use those suckers, dammit.

The spears vanished completely and the mist began to thin, revealing a pale white face.

"That looks like a weak point!" Addy bounded clear across the sand to the face, beginning to claw at it too.

Addison was then kicked out of the way as the mist cleared completely revealing an angelic figure, its arms and face covered in claw marks. |

It was then enveloped in mist once more before retreading across the water and fading into distance.
