"Jeez it's cold." Gray gave, in armor. The armor would protect them against the brunt of the Antarctic ice, but they were advised not to remain out in it too long. "The UFO's course set it to go down near here. We'd better hurry." Mori replied, as the two slug through the snow without trouble.

Gray looks up to see the object burning as it fell, and Mori realizes the danger. "Look out, we're too close!" Though they were at least two kilometers from the projected zone, it would cause quite a wake. The duo dive into the snow and take cover as the object's impact is imminent.

They manage to move around in the snow and avoid the ice breaking, but they get up and run towards a high mound of ice that's near unto the crash site, surveying it through their suit systems.

What struck the Earth was no mere meteor or satellite, it was an honest to god spaceship. It didn't look particularly damaged besides a few scorch marks and dents, nor did look Zangyack in origin.

"You picking this up?" Gray asked. "Yeah. Some kind of ship." Mori replied.
"Damn tough if it could survive that hit." "Mmhmm. No identifying markings so far, not Zangyack in design either."

The ship's door opened slowly before a platform descended, a man glad in shining silver armor than stepped forth making his way to the icy ground.

The two take up a defense stance, while one of them calls out once his feet hit the ground, "Halt! Who are you?" Robert gave, the two had not drawn their weapons yet though.

The man did no such thing and continued his way down the platform until his foot hit solid ice. He then turned his head to look at his ship, surveying the damage.
He shook his head, cursing in some language unknown to Earth.

"Watch him. See if we can decipher his language." "Roger."
Cloak: Engaged.
The two operators fade out of view, moving to appropriate flanking positions.

The man turned, alerted. He knew he was not alone.
He drew his blade and stepped forward, slowly, one step at a time.

"He's alerted. Gray. See if you can distract him while I sneak aboard his ship." "Got'cha." He gave over the in-suit comm, and prepares his Dark Blade, waiting for the right moment to exit cover..

The armored man continued at his slow pace, seemingly being careful to avoid any cracks or fragile ice.
