Since there was no mass depowering, a question remains: where do the Ranger Keys come from?
This has been answered before as alternate universe stuff, Zangyack gear of some sort, and an organization making powers based on every other Ranger team to create versatility.
I prefer the Super Megaforce approach: the teams are active, and the keys exist. A wizard did it.
