In "Betrayal", Ravinn Wolf vanished through an aura curtain.
In the backstory, Kaito fought in a Shocker facility and was killed while being transported to another world, where his gear was found by "Jane Doe", allowing her to travel to this world.
Shocker already has the technology to bridge worlds, to some extent. And now, the Great Leader is using his agents in the Ranger World to help shatter that barrier and bring everything together.
With the completion (more or less) of season 1 of Ranger World, the Rider and Ranger Worlds are about to come together in a cataclysmic clash, holding qualities of both worlds and bringing Riders and Rangers together.
I will be fixing the boards later today or tomorrow to reflect this merger.
This means that season 2 of Ranger World will be the start of the convergence, timeline-wise. This also means that the Rider character lock is lifted, obviously.
Note: Makai, Tomica and Sailor Worlds are untouched by this change.
