Considering everything takes place in one world, I made a kind of timeline, taken heavily from the Kamen Rider Wiki.
70 million years ago: Fog Mother arrived on Earth with her children, causing the extinction of the dinosaurs.
50,000 years ago: The Creation King starts his reign as the leader of Gorgom for the next 50,000 years.
Over 30,000 years ago: The Overlord twins battled to rule creation. Light bestowed the Seed of Agito to humanity, while Darkness created the Lords to hunt those with the Seeds.
10,000 years ago: The Undead were created and sealed.
Early human civilization: The Grongi attacked the Linto and were defeated by the original Kuuga.
1211 AD: The Greeed and their Medals are created. The King and Greeed are sealed.
Ancient past: The wizard Amadum was sealed in the World of Monsters.
Sengoku Period: Takeshi was founded to help the Oni fight the Makamou.
Unknown time in the 18 or 1900’s: Tibetan monk Chan Mao grew bored with life and was said to be able to bring the dead back to life with mystical practices. He transcended his human body and became a new entity, which would become the Great Leader.
1900’s: Shocker was formed by remnants of the Nazi party and overseen by the Great Leader. DNA experiments with animals began, and humans were modified into Kaizo Ningen.
1971: Takeshi Hongo is converted but escapes and becomes Kamen Rider Ichigo to fight back. Nigo is also created and takes over the fight. The Natives also arrived on Earth and the Masked Rider System was developed in response. Although the Native incident was isolated.
1973: Kazami Shiro is converted into Kamen Rider V3 and fights Destron. Riderman joins his fight and appears to die.
1974: Keisuke Jin becomes Kamen Rider X and fights against G.O.D. Daisuke Yamamoto becomes Amazon and fights Gorgos and Geddon.

2000: The Grongi tomb is uncovered and Kuuga begins his fight. The G-systems begin development. Shinkuro Isaka begins to desire the power of the Dopants. Shiro Kanzaki begins handing out Advent Decks.
2001: The fight against the Grongi end. The fight with the Lords begins.
2002: The fight against the Lords ends. The Rider War started by Shiro Kanzaki begins.
2003: The Rider War ends with few survivors on the Rider sides. Smart Brain begins work towards reviving their King.
2004: The King is defeated. The Undead’s fight begins again, and BOARD stands to oppose them.
2005: A second Joker is born in the aftermath of the fight. A young boy named Asumu Adachi comes to learn of the Oni.
2006: Orochi is sealed. The conflict with the Worms comes to become more intense with the inclusion of the Masked Rider Systems.
2007: The Worms are held back, and the Natives plans are foiled. More Imagin begin to appear and Ryotaro Nogami fights back as Den-O.
2008: Aozora is still fighting the Fangire, and Wataru Kurenai uses his power as Kiva to fight back and try to assist the Aozora. Sokichi Narumi dies, and Kamen Rider W is born for the first time.
2009: The Fangire King is defeated. Tsukasa Kadoya finds the powers of Decade and begins to meet his predecessors and gain their powers. The Museum begins to be actively fought by Kamen Rider W.
2010: Gaia Impact fails, and Museum is defeated. Eiji Hino becomes OOO and the Greeed return.
2011: The Greeed are destroyed. The Fourze system is put into use by Gentaro Kisaragi to protect AGHS from the Zodiarts.
2012: The Zodiarts threat is stopped. The Sabbath occurs as triggered by the Wiseman, resulting in the births of many Phantoms and a Wizard.
2013: The Wiseman is defeated. Amadam attempts to become free, but is stopped. Helheim begins to become more of a threat to Zawame City, and Yggdrasil begins to distribute Sengoku Drivers.
2014: The fighting in Zawame continues as some try to stave off the invasion, while others welcome it. Helheim ends up being stopped. The world exists, but the growth has ceased.
2020: The Great Leader creates Shin-Shocker (True-Shocker) and allies the remains of his organizations, along with other monsters. The Riders band together to fight back while the various companies also combine forces to back the Riders.
2023: The War ends with the systematic destruction of both sides. Most Rider gear is damaged or lost. The company alliance (known as URSA) begins attempts to repair and retrieve the technology and help the world recover.
2031: Kivat the Fourth bonds with Masao Kurenai. Due to the war, the Neo Fangire don't emerge; the timeline changed enough to stop this.
2039: First confirmed sighting of monsters since the war. URSA responds in full force upon confirmation.
2040: More monsters appear, and URSA’s smaller forces cannot hold them all off. Recruitment begins and Rider system repair begins at a much faster rate. The name “Shocker” is applied to the monster-sightings and the monsters in general.
2042: The monsters are coming back to fuller strength, and URSA is falling behind. Gameplay begins.
